BuyMaterials Bewertungen

Straight forward website for obtaining
estimates and then actual quotes from local suppliers, which is more cost affective than buying material over the counter especially if you’re non trade.
Delivered promptly on arranged day.
Not as many quotes as l would have liked but still a lot cheaper than DIY stores.
Would definitely use again !

Good service, good delivery and good price 👍

Great prices beating all the online retailers. Couldn’t be happier

No complaints great company

Ordered just what we needed and saved money too

Very bad service Your service was terrible. Initially, I was told the 15th, so I waited all day, but then I was told it would arrive on the morning of the 16th. It didn't actually arrive until the evening of the 16th. The service is awful, the deal is useless—it's all just absolute bullshit.

Great service! Really easy to use system and the quotes that came through were competitive and one cheaper than local ones I already had. Darragh offered advice and was really friendly and helpful getting my order placed.
Complete order arrived hassle free and on time. Can't ask for any better and will keep these guys in mind for any future orders!

I ordered materials, the prices came back, I picked the one i wanted and it was delivered on time fantastic and the lad that delivered them was spot on

Really easy to purchase, fill in minimal information and get it delivered on time. Driver was great, helped me move my other items about too. Will use again

Fantastic experience with our first order! Customer service was top-notch and available even over a bank holiday weekend. Delivery arrived right on time, and the pricing was excellent. Highly recommended!

It's very good deal and service

I’ve used buymaterials.com 4 times in recent months.
Always delivered on time and materials are good quality.

So pleased we've found this website and service, to enable us to source all manner of Building products at the lowest prices, supplied and delivered to Site.

Very helpful and responsive

As a self-builder using Buymaterials.com, I think there’s a real gap in the service when it comes to smaller orders.

When you’re building a complete house yourself, you obviously need a huge amount of materials overall. But you don’t necessarily need everything at the same time. The build progresses in stages, and you often find yourself needing a relatively small quantity of a particular material.

The problem is that Buymaterials.com isn’t really set up for those smaller orders. That can leave self-builders in a difficult position. You might be building an entire house and ultimately spending a significant amount on materials, but at a particular stage you may only need a small quantity of something.

It would be great if there was an option to place smaller orders, even if there was a minimum order value or a slightly higher delivery charge to make it viable.

For a self-builder, being able to order both larger quantities and smaller top-up orders from the same place would make the service much more useful throughout the whole build.

It’s a good concept, but I think smaller-order capability would make a big difference for people building their own homes.
