Changing from a bad review I left to a good one, only issue, took a long time to get my account, after reaching out to the live chat, & support email, enquiring about my purchase, I’ve never had a reply, but then today, to my surprise, I received my account today with everything I purchased on it, thanks! Just communicate 🤣

I made an order a few months ago and it was quickly processed, but this time I have been waiting for a month and a half and still not received a single email or a refund, I have had more than a dozen conversations with staff and still nothing.

Please don’t purchase anything from this site. They all scammers, I purchased once and it’s been 4 days i haven’t received my order yet and they keep lying once they said I’ll get my order in 2 hours and second time they said I’ll get my refund in 12 hours I check there was nah shi I emailed them again they said it was misunderstanding I’ll receive my order in 3 hours and now they even reply me. Please do not purchase nothing from this fuccing site !

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before placing an order with this company. It's unfortunate that I did not have the sense enough to look at the reviews first before ordering. On the plus side, I placed an order that was cheap and I contacted my bank and submitted a fraud claim so that I can get my money back. I placed my order on 4/18, today is 4/22 and despite repeated outreach from me, I have not heard from anyone. My advice? (1) Don't waste your time and money with this company and (2) always read Trustpilot reviews first before doing business with any of these companies.(3) On the positive side, getting ripped off by this company forced me to find another one and I hit the jackpot! Go check out my review for Chop-Chopboost at Trustpilot, they are The Best boosting company bar none.

The service was extremely good, even though my phone was glitching and making it hard for the helpers to contact me, a helper in particular, Emily was extremely patient and kind to me and gave me all the information i needed and went above and beyond to help me with my troubles, if there is a way to promote or give Emily a raise, she most definitely deserves it! But i had some troubles with a helper by the name of Lisaa. Lisaa was rude and impatient with me and ignored me when i asked for help. but apart from that my experience here was good! Love you Emily!!!

Got what I payed for but took longer than posted

I bought the extra money pack on my account though I will say it took longer than expected, and some of it being my fault, the customer service, Sophia, and charlotte, thank you so much for continuously working with me to get this resolved. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Quality service even with my dumbness lol
