I don't normally post or give reviews, but I was so compelled to based on my experience, and I wanted to share it. Everyone at Buybox was super nice and professional. Micah and Jonathan where extremely efficient and great to work with. The selling of a loved one's house can be very emotional but Buybox explained every step along the way and there were no surprises throughout the entire process. Everything happened exactly the way they said it would. I received exactly what the original quote was for my dad's house. There was no haggling or nickel and diming. I'm very, very happy with my experience. The value that I received for my father's house was very fair. I highly recommended Buybox to anyone who's looking to sell.

I had never heard of BuyBox, but I was impressed with all the good recommendations I read online. I called several other companies before I decided to go with BuyBox. I had decided to give BuyBox a try since they are based in Pittsburgh and had a satisfaction (happiness) guarantee. They held my hand through the whole process with no hassles. They patiently answered every question. I picked the closing date, and they worked with me when I had to push it back due to surgery. Micah started the process with me and was great. Jonathan who took us to the finish line was also wonderful. BuyBox gave us a fair price, no closing costs and no surprises. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Jonathan and Micah made the entire house selling process so easy, from photos to offer (we had 3 offers and Buybox was the best) to closing. The entire team stayed in touch to keep us up to date on their progress, and to ensure we had no questions or concerns. When we did have questions, we received prompt, direct responses. A couple days prior to closing the accounting team provided a copy of the paperwork for our review. Closing day came and was extremely simple.
The Buybox team truly simplified this emotional move.

But Box is a first class company. The are follow though with ever things they say they will do. They are on time for appointments and return every phone call. I have zero complaint and can no think of the thing they should change about the Buy Box operation. If your looking to flip a house this is the company to deal with. Even after the house closing the company worked quickly to renovate the house and where friendly with the surrounding homes and people, they had positive comments about Buy Box

Selling a Loved one’s house after they pass especially if the house was maintained properly and has a lot of maintenance issues is never easy. Buybox help us during every step of the Process. They offered us a fair deal, were available anytime with just a text or call away. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you find yourself in need of selling a house as is and fast I highly recommend they be your first call. Other companies can be aggressive and flashy Buybox are just good people

The team at Buybox was wonderful to work with. They were responsive to questions and worked through any issues that arose. They connected me with an attorney and coordinated the closing. Dan and Johnathan and their team are awesome! 10 stars if I could. They helped me sell my childhood home. They did not rush me and were so helpful throughout the whole process. They understand the attachment to homes and it’s not always easy to let go. But they are a wonderful group of people. No schemes, no bait & switch. Honest, compassionate, and communicate really well.
