Ordered a tankard as a best man present on the Monday and had it arrived by the Friday. Unfortunately there was a small scratch and so I emailed back to find out what the return policy was, the response was prompt and my new tankard had arrived before I’d managed to send the faulty one back.

What a great giftie! I am absolutely over the moon excited to give the tankard I ordered to my brother when he comes of age in a few weeks! I cannot stop showing each person I see. I wanted to order an engraved tankard for a colleague's retirement - he gave us about 7 days notice that he had decided to leave, so had little time to prepare something, and thought that it might be difficult to get the engraving done at such short timescale - however, a call to buyatankard, and they were able to fulfill the order in no time at all - it arrived the next day!

I ordered a tankard for my godsons christening. The item was lovely and it was great that I was able to have his family crest imprinted on the tankard which adds the personal touch. My item was dispatched very quickly and arrived well packaged. One disadvantage is that the writing on it was very small which is quite hard to read which is a shame. Overall, I would recommend this company.
