Ordered a glass tankard with a subtle engraved message. Great product which was delivered by royal mail withing a couple of days free of charge, and excellent e mail communication to track and report progress of delivery.

had a small issue in that the tankard ordered never arrived despite being sent. However, with various conversations with the company, another was sent, along with another ordered, and both arrived promptly. Service was good and helpful.

Can't fault this site - did find product cheaper elsewhere but the range here is superior.

A easy to operate site with lots of different options and descriptions of what you can get online - really like the clan badge option, but would like the option for it to be on the back or front of the tankard - I am sure this is possible, but there is no obvious option on the online section to make that choice. Aside from that it is brilliant quality - love the glass bottom and the shilling idea - a real conversation starter in the pub.

I got an engraved tankard for my son's first birthday and I got it from some company on the Internet.

I needed a tankard urgently and when I called the staff did everying they could possibly do to help me and good to their word it arrived the next morning

Ordered a Tandard with engraving and Logo, turned out great, fit for purpose (Trophy) for banterous golf competition amoung friends and drinking vessel for the winner, but would not be out of place within any trophy cabinet im my opinion. Free and prompt postage and great final product!

Only thing I would say is get your Logo image as shape as possible as the engraving will pick out if there are any inperfections in the image you provide (it must be lazered).

On phoning with a particular query that I was struggling to find an answer anywhere else I found this site. They responded quickly, made sure that they were supplying exact what I wanted. Advised when I had problems getting the order through and delivered speedily an excellent product which was just what I wanted.

The product was as described but there was no packaging so it was moving about in the box, it is a good thing that it was in a presentation box or else it would have been damaged.
I suggest the packers put their name on what they pack so that the management can pick them up on their sloppy work!

I ordered the tankard on Friday afternoon (with engraving) and it was delivered the following Tuesday! The quality of the tankard and engraving was good and the delivery time was excellent. Would happily use Buyatankard again, and recommend to anyone looking for this sort of gift.
