Nicest car exchange I have experienced!
Popped down for an afternoon to have a look at a 2019 Ford Mustang GT, was greeted promptly by Sizel and Dan who were super nice were thoroughly honest all the way through and not pushy in the slightest when it came to making any decisions. They gave me all the paperwork to look over and a nice test drive route to get full feel of the vehicle before we had any discussions about money.
Dan gave me a honest conversation about valuation on my vehicle I was Part exchanging, and although I would have liked a bit more for it I understood the reasoning why they could not, and the mustang was such a nice car I just had to take it!

Don’t sell you car to this company
Don’t use this company if you are considering selling. I agreed a sale of my BMW to Buy and Go cars over a week ago; collection was due tomorrow. Yesterday I was called saying they wouldn’t be able to collect for another 3 weeks due to a transport issue. When contacted they refused to look into other means to collect the car. So I have had to cancel the sale at great inconvenience to myself.

What a wonderful company!!
In the last month have visited loads of car sales places looking for our SUV. Buy & Go cars stands WAY above the rest! Friendly, non pushy, experienced staff from start to finish of sale. Firstly, Ade who recommended this company to us and has since been so very helpful in picking up the range from home and dropping back before and after work and he even hand waxed it for us before collection.
Dan on sales who was so friendly & knowledgeable made us feel really comfortable with lots of information on our test drives. Amy very informative and precise , called her as we Had an issue with the Tow bar on collection not being fitted as sold but with no hesitation called car back in even picked up from house and went above and beyond by arranging to have one fitted at short notice as we were towing our caravan at the weekend along with brand new front brake pads as we had a squeak. What more can I say, buying a car look no further than Buy and Go Cars Ltd. We could not be more impressed. Thank you all Xx

I couldn't fault the service, very professional from initial enquiry to being handed the keys. Being picked up from the train station for a test drive and even having my drive home programmed into the sat nav was just the cherry on the cake. Highly recommended.

Very dishonest, untrustworthy and try to take advantage for their own financial gain! They give car dealers a bad name! Such a shame. They wanted to take the car without paying. Saying they’d pay 24 hrs after. Who dose that! Then wanting to chip the price they agreed!! Insulting.

Prior to the collection of any vehicle, we make it a priority to clearly communicate our terms and conditions verbally over the phone and in written form via email correspondence between the seller and us. Additionally, our purchase invoice, a legally binding document, includes all our terms and conditions with the Buy and Go Cars stamp and signature.
It is important to note that unless our terms and conditions have been agreed upon through our communication with the seller, which constitutes a contract, we do not proceed with the collection of the vehicle. In the event that our terms and conditions are not agreed upon, the sale may be cancelled, as was the case in your situation.
We assure you that our intentions are always to conduct business ethically and with integrity. We regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred and apologise for any negative impression it may have left.

Absolute cowboys!
The company contracted to buy my car through Motorway however were slow to progress purchase and had to be chased, they made an appointment to collect the car which they then missed, when a new appointment was made they were then late and then sought to try to chip the agreed price by over £2,500 which even the driver who had been sent to collect the car agreed was completely unjustified given the quality and condition of the car and told us we had done they right thing by refusing! They also initially refused to pay on collection despite offering instant payment through Motorway and it took various calls and emails from Motorway to make them eventually agree to stick to their own terms (which they then didn’t in any event due to the unreasonable price chip). I am sure these are all tactics to squeeze you for more money and I feel for people who are not in a position to stand up for themselves or are desperate for a sale and are taken advantage of by this company!
Edit: the reply only relates to their price chip (which as I say even their employee collecting and also Motorway agreed was unreasonable and disproportionate) and they fail to address the other aspects of the poor way in which they conduct their business.
Edit: They have edited their reply again but it still does not fully address the issues and they still missed the point that their price chip was entirely disproportionate. Luckily after wasting my time here I subsequently sold the car for more than their estimation of the value, again showing it was far too low.

As a business we purchase many vehicles through the Motorway platform and receive high praise of our services. Unfortunately on this occassion the vehicle, on inspection, was not as described and had additional damage and potential costly mechanical defects present.
We are disappointed at these comments, however, feel the reduction in purchase price was justified.

Absolutely pleasant experience from the moment I first contacted them (saw the car on Autotrader) till the moment I drove my new car away (and beyond). Lovely family business. We came from a bit further away and they happily stayed open a bit longer for us on a Saturday, as we got stuck in traffic. We agreed quickly on the sale and a few blemishes were taken care of by the time we collected. Whilst driving home a warning light came on. I need to mention that it is a Landrover and having had a couple before, I know how temperamental the sensors can be. This was nothing that could have been spotted before I bought the car. I contacted them, got the car booked in with our local garage and got it sorted. During the whole process, I kept communicating with them and they settled the invoice (tiny fault) promptly directly with my garage. Even though there is no way anybody could have anticipated this issues, they were extremely apologetic and keen to get it sorted as quickly and smoothly as possible. Hubby is looking at getting a new car early next year and we definitely will be giving this lovely family business a call and ask them to source it for us. Highly recommended! Haven't had great experiences with dealerships in the past, however this was a great buying experience and we certainly will be back.

Positive Experience
Happy to say the experience of buying a car through Buy & Go Cars was a pleasurable one. The staff were great to deal with initially by phone and then on site when we went to view a particular car. Once we'd agreed to purchase they were also very helpful with the transitioning of our part-ex car and the logging of the new vehicle (all the DVLA issues).
