Very Disappointing
Very Disappointing – Poor Value for Money
I am very disappointed with these SUPA dried mealworms. The 500 ml container is tiny, and for approximately €5, I expected much better value. I mistakenly expected 500 g, but the actual quantity is nowhere near that.
The quality is also disappointing. Even after soaking, the mealworms remain small and hard, with a noticeable shell and very little softness. I have bought other packaged mealworms that became plump, soft and spongy when soaked, making them much more suitable for feeding robins and their chicks.
The packaging claims they are nutritious and protein-rich, but provides no nutritional information to support this claim. Overall, I consider this a disappointing purchase and poor value for money. I would not buy them again.

Great experience
Overall, I’ve had a really excellent experience. I received a quick response to an email query, and placing my first order was straightforward. I was able to use the 10% sign-up discount without any issues, and my order arrived just a couple of days later. The prices are very reasonable, and they stock my cat’s favourite litter, so I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Terrible customer service and damaged…
Terrible customer service and damaged goods!
I ordered a bag of cat food, but when the package arrived, the bag was ripped and a portion of the food had spilled inside. The shipping box was clearly way too small for the product, causing the bag to burst open inside due to lack of space during packaging.
When I contacted customer support, they completely refused to take responsibility, claiming it was undamaged before shipping. They offered me a useless 10% voucher or suggested that I pay for the return shipping myself to get a refund!
Expecting the customer to cover shipping costs for a product damaged by their own improper packaging is completely unacceptable. Terrible experience. Avoid this shop!
