Unreliable
Communication was ok in the beginning but the day before the event and day of it became near impossible to speak with anyone. Hired transportation for a 90 minute meeting and the bus was 45 minutes late. Even when talked to dispatch 5 minutes before departure time they kept saying that everything was on schedule. Company unwilling to offer more than a 7% discount for the inconvenience to over 300 people.

Our experience with renting from bus rental was amazing. From the minute I rented the bus I had emails and phone calls confirming. I did have to change the time by 15 minutes and there was no problem. Our bus driver, Curtis, was over the top professional. It was the hottest day of the year (over 100 degrees) and he could not have been more conscientious!!!

Perfect service
Eddie was our driver and he was amazing! He arrived early to pick up the groom and groomsmen which made the whole day run smoothly. Eddie was very attentive to our needs of more A/C and music. He drove at a good speed and was very careful. The bus was also very clean for us. I would recommend this company to anyone for any event but especially a wedding.
