I would not recommend dealing with Yocale. They listed Naughty By Nature Adult Store on their website without permission and published a private residential address as a storefront location for customers to attend, despite the person at the address having no connection to NBNAS.

When we contacted them about the issue, instead of taking responsibility and correcting the false information professionally, they attempted to blame us and falsely claimed we had hired someone to create the listing.

Even after we showed them that Google was directing people to the Yocale listing and provided evidence of the incorrect address, Tigran became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in his responses.

We also requested that all communication go through our lawyer, yet Tigran continued emailing us directly after being told to stop.

Very disappointing experience. Unprofessional conduct, poor handling of complaints, and no accountability when confronted about incorrect and potentially harmful information being published online.
