Burge and Gunson Bewertungen 

I ordered a shower tray, Waste and shower doors from Burge and Gunson, when I paid for the items I was told that they would be delivered by the 5th May. I booked in a plumber to install the equipment, but the 5th came and went, I called them to see where my goods were and they told me that there was a delay and it wouldn't be delivered until the 15th, I asked for an alternative that could be delivered sooner but this was too expensive so I accepted the delivery date of the 15th and had to tell my plumber that there was another delay, I was running out of time as he had other works to carry out. They then told me that there was another delay and that the tray was not due until the 29th May, this was not acceptable as I was about to lose my plumber to other works, so I cancelled my order and got a refund. I was able to get a shower tray, waste and doors from another company at half the price, I ordered these items on the Wednesday and they were delivered the very next day, they even took everything up to my second floor flat, at no extra cost. Burge and Gunson charged £20.83 for a kerbside delivery. I would not recommend Burge and Gunson at all, they are expensive and do not seem to care about their customers.

Made an enquiry for a spare part I could not find anywhere. Ali took the details at 5 min to closing time and said he would make enquiries . Promptly called back the following morning at 9am with results .

I bought bathroom supplies worth £5000 including an expensive Cross water shower head alone over £500. They have very good showroom with lots of options that I must agree. Sale service is also good.

Unfortunately the shower head was faulty, missing grub screws and not fitting it properly. It was heavy item and could cause injury if not properly fit.

I had to pay 5 visits to their store, each time the front desk staff refusing to accept the fault, being dismissive and rude. I was told "Once you buy the product and go out of the door it is not our responsibility. You deal with the actual company".
Finally after long argument and demonstrating the product is faulty and dangerous to use they accepted it back.
6 weeks since then I still haven't received refund!!
If I don't get it I will be taking them to consumer court.

We refurbished a bathroom and bought all of the components from Burge and Gunson. Natalia was amazing from beginning to end and helped us avoid several pitfalls whilst giving us the benefit of her depth of experience. Fantastic customer service both pre-sale and after-sale. We are so pleased with our purchases and the bathroom looks amazing!! Thank you to Natalia for all your help (both in person and on the telephone), and advise.

Expert product knowledge and huge showroom, very competitive pricing also. Additionally there is plenty of customer parking directly across the road.

I bought a couple of vanity units from Burge & Gunson as well as most items for my bathroom refurb. a few years back. Everything has been great apart from the handles on the vanity units, which I recently contacted B&G about. B&G have been really helpful (I dealt with a guy called Alex) and managed to get them replaced for me free of charge.

Very efficient and caring crew. Went out of their way to get me a shower part , that was out of production already.

They have good stuff, but the service is horrible. I have never seen anything like that. Issues, delays, broken products and they behave as they are doing you a favor by fixing it. ill never come back
