To start I purchased for myself as took up cycling well first rides no bum butter didn’t I hurt. So on purchasing some Bum Butter and applying oh my god changed everything your mind is not on how your Bum hurts because it don’t .i have put a date the 08/04/2026 but have had for the last couple of Years.
Now my Mother is in here 100 year of life bur suffers from Rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoporosis in shoulder ,arms, feet, knees, and pain in Bum from being chair bound.
So for the last Year or more if not longer been applying to these areas it takes the ache away and makes life a lot better cannot praise enough I have even giving to a Doctor how had a painful hip also a district nurse how had tweaked her back.
Just try if you suffer from any of the things I have mentioned.

This is my go to brand for all of my riding. Its the best on the market. Customer service is always first class.

After meeting Charlie on a ski bus on a recent holiday we got chatting. He told me all about Bum butter the product he runs manufactures and owns. Been a keen cyclist I told him id give it a go. I've been using muc off cc for a few years now so was sceptical to change. So glad I did. This stuff works. It does exactly what it says it does. It gives you a happy bum. I did think the tub I ordered was on the small side but saying that alot does go along way. So all in it will probably out last the last tub of muc off I used. If you want an happy bum order today you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to Charlie for introducing me to Bum Butter.

Lovely “butter” that stays put where you put it. Feels lovely and creamy and easy to apply. Really effective even in the rain. Protects me from nasty sores on every ride. Highly recommended.

Having "made do" with a variety of other chamious creams for years, I had accepted they were all overrated and either to thick, thin, greasy, messy, generally ineffective or all of the above. I was therefore dubious of the claims of Bum Butter...

But it was spot on! Not only great to use for a range of "issues" and "areas" , it even went above and beyond and at the back end of an ultra where I would normally resign myself to severe "flap mash" and hours of pain, I found ladling it on alleviated most of my discomfort.

10/10 Would put it on toast if it was advisable!

Truly the most awesome stuff known to woman kind when it's comes to keeping your bits comfy on a bike.

I first tried it out back in 2016 fairly new into xc and road moving over from downhill.

It made a massive difference as far as comfort and lack of chafe!

Since then I’ve been lucky enough to bump into Charlie a few times and I have to say love everything about the brand and the product!

Reasonably priced, works well so give it a shot.

I've been using bum butter for around a decade now, it's unlike most sudocreme based products out there, less messy, you don't need as much and works far better. Even a small tub goes a long way.
