Disappointed after a Cheap Chinese Import case arrived Not made in the USA.
Took over a month to arrive and when it did it was not the colour or the description of the colour that I had ordered on their website. I ordered a Slate Gray iPhone case and received a dirty brown taupe type colour case with rough/poor finish with gathering around the corners and very poor MagSafe strength, all for over £70. Looks like it’s only worth £5. The case looks terrible cheap and dirty straight out of the box. The box it ships in looks way more expensive than the case. Very annoyed at being ripped off and will contact their customer support.

I will update this review depending on the outcome of the customer support which so far has been quite good with an offer of resolution. But it shouldn’t be this way from the outset.

HOWEVER….
After contacting customer support their response was EXCELLENT and they shipped a replacement case without question. The replacement case was completely different, well made and finished so I’m changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review as my first case must have slipped through the quality control net.

They promise replacement cases. For more than 6 months, they have been telling me it is coming. You should not expect them to honor their warranty.

I purchased a couple of products on Dec. 3rd, 2024 which included protection on my items. I explained to Vance who is a customer service rep via email that I did not receive my package and could have been an issue due to the severe winter storm we had in my area. With there lack of effort in helping me and ignoring me I’m thinking they don’t really care and now I’d like to cancel my other orders I placed with them before shipment as this company is not the one. International customers don’t bother buying bullstrap. Once they send the product it out of their hands. I ordered a phone case 6 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived. Bullstrap service team state that it’s in my country now so you go find it.

My first warning sign, was lifetime warranty. Sounds good but in reality, it’s just a marketing ploy. I have purchased two iPhone cases, a wallet, two AirTag holders and an EarPod case. The leather is all soft and pretty but it doesn’t last. It scratches, tears and basically falls apart after a year or so. In their first year of operation they would replace the item with no hassle. Then it became the item is discontinued so we can’t replace it, now with tears and threads pulling out on my wallet, which they still sell, we don’t cover normal wear. Thread coming out and all the seams tearing is normal wear? I’ve had 10 dollar wallets that last longer. So bottom line, forget the lifetime replacement, it’s a farce, and if you overpay for one if these items enjoy it for the first few months because after that it’s all downhill.

Phone calls not answered. Chat room says phone had never worked!

Site offers discounts but changes price in checkout. Be careful! Bait and switch company

I regret placing an order with this company for an iphone case and wallet.

FIRST: I was given inaccurate information about color of the product when I finally (took two days) reached a customer service rep in a chat. I was also told that returns process was easy. FALSE!

SECOND: shipping and delivery took a long time.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: returns process is ridiculously complex! I did not even open the packages once i saw the color. They are wrapped in their cellophane. Website does not make returns easy, to say the least. The website requires photos with each return, no matter the reason, but then does not allow photos to be uploaded.

I have emailed twice (no phone number) and no reply.

I am hoping they get back to me and if they do not, I don't know what I will to recoup close to $120! But I WILL do whatever it takes.

Unless you are sure of what you are ordering, based on my experience, I CAUTION YOU NOT TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY.

I have never had an experience like this one with returns.

Poor quality products, difficult return process. Was forced to file credit card dispute.

Terrible experience. Pre-ordered an iPhone 14 case in September. Then got an email with an explanation about why all the cases would be delayed. Should be shipping 10/31. It’s mid November and still nothing. Customer service acted like I didn’t have an order and then after I sent screen shots said well it should have shipped. Online account shows unfulfilled. Customer service then tells me to look in junk or spam for tracking information— except their own system says it wasn’t sent and they can’t provide me the tracking information, and obviously I don’t have the case. I’ve ordered things from them before and been very happy but this is “BS” and I don’t mean “Bullstrap.”

Horrible! Stay away and do not buy anything from them. They promised to ship 10 days ago and are ignoring my emails and refund requests. No reply to multiple emails and instagram messages for a week. Scam?!

Got a reply. Ordered canceled and refunded. So not a scam, but they need to improve their customer support.
