Scammers avoid them , I bought a gold bar in June and was promised next day delivery end of august when the time came no tracking number was sent I emailed them called them and WhatsApp ed them they said all orders will be sent out on the 4th of September
4th if September website gone what’sapp deleted and no phone responses , that was my year worth of saving and I thought I invested in something valuable ، shout out to anyone else effected to repost them to the fraud department and Manchester police

I can't believe people fell for this obvious scam! I noticed this company were taking orders in May with delivery August the 31st. This was so obviously a fraud it was laughable. The bait? 5% off and the promise that if spot price fell they would reduce the price of your order. This is as laughable as it is ridiculous to anybody who knows how a bullion dealer works. Bullion dealers work on extremely tight margins. There is no room for 5% discounts on all products! Yes dealers may have the occasional offer on 1 or 2 items as it's a fiercely competitive market place. Most good dealers focus on competitive pricing in popular CGT free products.
If you fell for this scam you are very gullible. There is a lesson in greed not blinding you to common sense here.

Have placed my order 5-6 months back and was supposed to recieve my order on 26th of August, they said there is a delay in dispatch and was supposed to receive it on 4th of September and now the website has disappeared.
Cash has been paid, no items received.

Website went down, phone and WhatsApp unavailable, and I've now had to raise disputes with my banks to recover my money.
Absolutely unacceptable when you're dealing with people's money and precious metals.
Avoid. I certainly won't be using BullionGiant again.

I would even give one start. Scammers they scammed me with the purchased I made. Now they are not replying on whatsapp. I have made Police complaint. Also informed my bank. Be aware from this company. Well they have closed the website & their contact number.

Placed an order on 04/08, was told it would be dispatched on 28th for next working day delivery. When I didn’t get a tracking number on 31st, I whatsapped them and they said unfortunately the delivery date has now changed to 4th… I repeatedly asked for a tracking no, never got one. Noticed that the website was down (WHICH SEEMS TO BE BACK UP NOW BTW) and the WhatsApp disappeared. It’s clear people are calling their banks & filing a dispute which is why they’ve put up a generic message on the website to make it look like they’re still fulfilling orders. SCAMMERS!!! They can’t get away with this!

I placed an order few months ago and was told that my order would be delivered by the end of August (28 August). However, I still have not received my order. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have tried contacting the company, including through WhatsApp, but I am no longer receiving any response. I have also been unable to contact the company through other available channels. At this point, I have paid for an order that has not been delivered and cannot get a meaningful response from the company. This is extremely worrying and has completely destroyed my confidence in Bullion Giant.

I believe they may have updated the website to give people false hope and buy themselves more time. We should not be misled by this message. We need to stay alert, keep all our evidence, and continue reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and our banks.

I had ordered a gold bar and expecting it to be despatched end of last month and still there is no update on delivery date.
My email to their sales email addres bounced couple of times. The number mentioned for WhatsApp is not WhatsApp enabled.

Webiste was completely down until yesterday and now online with a single page.

Their website is back up now…. I don’t get the brazen fraud. Someone is going to jail, luckily I didn’t spend much with Bullion Giant but I know people have lost 10s of thousands. There’s definitely grounds for a class action case here, but I know some people aren’t nice enough to go down the legal route… and it’s clear that Malcom and Miraj are both complicit in this.

Scammers , thousands of people not received orders join the Facebook page Bullion Giant Fraud, 150 members all not had orders expected on 4th August

Purchased 1g gold 99.9% pure on 1st April, was told to wait untill 1st Sept, still nothing received and they not reply to emails or phone.

I ordered a 100gram bar and have been given two delivery dates which have both not been met and now the website and what's app is offline
