When I booked the delivery for Friday just passed : 28 November pm , I explained to the lady that the other lady assured me the driver would call me to let me know an hour or so before drop off , she sounded confused by this but unconvincingly added a note to my account

After requesting and being assured the courier would call me when he was on his way , at around 3.25pm I had a call saying the courier was outside but when I checked nobody was there (no vans/ trucks just
My neighbours vehicles) so I told them and two people (I think from TPN and one from Bridgemere) said they’d call the driver and tell them to come back, so I waited and waited and waited 5pm (the last possible
Time of delivery) and nothing, I was then told they could deliver Saturday 8-12, my partner and I waited in and nothing.
I’ve spoke to Zoe from Bridgemere this Moel g who’s been looking into for the past hour and who reassured me she’d call me back to let me know what’s happening today , however im not convinced because the Tpn or whoever they are I’ve called relentlessly for days and nobody picks up and it just says mailbox is full.

My partner and I are self employed so to be in between 9 and 5pm especially for more than 1hr means we have to lose money and won’t get paid: he’s a builder and I’m a personal trainer so if we aren’t working we aren’t getting paid

Then i was assured me my machine would be delivered around 5pm and left somewhere however the driver showed at 1:30pm, when I had no assistance and I was alone , the driver didn’t have a sac truck big enough so I was expected to take it off the truck alone (which is why I needed a later slot as my partner was working and couldn’t afford to lose money as he’s self employed) , thankfully my neighbours were around and the driver helped too which he wasn’t supposed to, otherwise the driver would have to leave as he’s not insured to handle the item and doesn’t have resources to move the item off the truck.
I am appalled at the customer service , I had no updates , I was not contacted by the driver as promised , I’ve had to make so many phone calls and chase the situation since last week.
This has been so inconvenient I cannot even explain.
9hrs I waited for this machine, 9 and then I’m expect to lose money and not get paid for a further 5hrs to wait for a delivery that just shows up on a whim.
The driver informed me he’s asked to call the customer 20m prior to delivery and never does but I was told an hour before .
No tracking information, no updates , no calls, no emails. This is by the worst customer experience I’ve ever had to endure. It’s a shame as the equiptment is fantastic .
I am very disappointed that all they did was say sorry and thank me.
My partner had to leave work early Friday to be here for the delivery and he lost money as he’s self employed .

Bought the 20k weighted vest. Arrived promptly. Great quality. Off out with it the same day & for walks a few days since. Good for bodyweight+ squats & just getting to chin ups. A great purchase to see me through 2026 & beyond with enhanced fitness.

Great service and product

Orders over £1600 worth of gym equipment in early November and am still yet to receive the vital missing items to put together my squat racks. Impossible to get through to customer services team via phone and email takes over a week for a reply. Still haven't received my items and it’s now going into Christmas. It’s a shame I’m a fitness business and wanted to buy so much more going forwards from a UK based company.

I am satisfied with the product and service received.

I ordered a new squat rack and some accessories in the Black Friday sales. Bulldog Gear were let down by the courier who managed to damage the uprights in transit. I reached out to the BG customer service team expecting this to be a real pain to resolve and was blown away by the level of support and professionalism. New replacement uprights were quickly dispatched and the damaged ones collected without hassle. I'm pleased with the rack and other equipment and won't hesitate to buy from these guys in the future. Special thanks to Dan in support who could not have been more helpful.

My Bulldog Gear bench was delivered quickly and is great quality.
There was some damage in transit, but Bulldog Gear has a replacement part on its way to me now.

I ordered a load of kit for my garage gym and am blown away by the quality! I had always heard good reviews of Bulldog's kit but they don't do it justice.
To save on costs I went for the "cosmetic seconds" dumbbells and while there are a few imperfections, they still feel solid and look brilliant.

Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My e-mail queries were answered promptly and the information was accurate.

Not my first Bulldog Gear purchase and certainly not my last. Would highly recommend their products for the quality.

My only slight gripe: the instructions were simple but some of the information needs updating. For example, M12 anchor bolts were recommended but the holes for the bolts were too tight for a M12 bolt.

This is something which is easily rectifiable and doesn't detract from a superb company and line of products.
