** UPDATE- since the company is now trying to have my real and honest review removed. Consider fixing your business practices and stop scamming people. Changing your business name from Bulkbullys.com to TREAT JAR isn't the answer. Low quality bully sticks that absolutely reeked and were grimey/greasy to the touch, I had to throw them out. Huge waste of money.**

After a month of nagging, my order did arrive, however it wasn't what I paid for. I received 5 small bully sticks (they sell them in packs of 8 so that doesn't make sense). They are definitely not odor free as ordered and I will only allow my dog to eat them outside as they smell that bad. They also are NOT XXL/XXXL in size, and hes able to eat it all in under 20 minutes. I did receive the correct yak chew though. Either way, first and last time ordering and I suppose I should be thankful i received anything.

Same as the other negative reviews- I track all my purchases with the Shop app- I was notified my items had a shipping label created with UPS, but they were never actually shipped. Was told they were behind on shipping and then many packages went missing. Then was told it would be shipped out a week later. We are nearing a month with no movement. I was shocked to see other reviews on this issue dating back to 2018 on other sites, so it’s safe to say this is a scam business. Who knew you needed to do research on Canadian owned pet suppliers before you choose to support them.

It's purely a scam website. They tell you that they send the order, give you a tracking number, and that's it. No news, nothing. You can try to contact them, but they' ll probably try to BS you to gain more time.

Absolutely terrible company. 2022 it took over a month for them to even send me my order. They told me they had a new staff etc. I tried to give them another shot in July. Well exact same thing, except this time they blamed their dog being sick. They stop responding to messages. They create a shipping label the day you order so that it looks like they send it, but they don't actually send the items. Never order from them!!! Will need to find a new company for my doggies.

Seems like I got scammed too. I wish I looked this up before I placed an order. 3 weeks later and they have yet shipped my order to me. I will be making a credit card claim.

I just received a message that their dog is supposedly sick. Seems like their dog has been since for months now! Or wait, maybe they are just terrible people trying to see who they can scam out of placing orders. They claim the order was shipped and Canada Post lost the package, which is a complete lie. The package was never scanned and picked up by Canada Post.
They probably purchase labels, don't ship and hope you forget. Once you forget they will get a refund for their shipping label. Sorry, I wont forget!

I've ordered sporadically over the past 2 years with no major issues, some delays due to stock backorders. Never had any major complaints.

Placed a $70 order on June 30th, expected some shipping delay considering the stat was the following Monday... waited 2 weeks and it still hadn't shipped so I messaged them on their website.

Received an email on July 17th apologizing. Claimed their dog was sick and they were behind. Told me my order was shipping out that day and would arrive in a day or two. They sent me the Canada Post tracking number.

A week later the tracking shows that it is still not shipped, they only printed a shipping label. I emailed again asking for a refund if it hasn't been sent and as of today (August 1) it still hasn't shipped nor have I received a response to that email.

Yet they continue to send promotional emails and have not notified customers of possible delays.

I ordered from their competitor Bully Bunches on July 24, it shipped the next day and I received that order on July 26. There is no excuse why my Bully Bunches order would still not be picked up if they had actually shipped it, instead they lied to me, never responded and decided to keep my money instead of providing me with a product.

I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Same story as other reviewers who gave 1 star. Unlike others, to date, I have received products (eventually) but it’s Weeks after ordering, (I placed an order Nov 2022 and didn’t receive till January).
Recently I signed up for auto ship thinking this may be more consistent, but NOPE- I waited weeks for the initial order to ship, (despite their 1 day expedited shipping claims). And then was charged for my auto ship before I even received my initial order. Then I tried to reach out to them via email and chat zero response. I requested they cancel the auto ship order and asked about my first order and they never bothered to respond. Nor did I get a refund or receive the auto ship order. I am a small business, and I like to support a small business, but that because usually they care about their customers. And I don’t mind waiting when things are out of their control (supply issues etc) but not responding to requests and not providing a refund when requested is very disappointing and disrespectful. I will not be ordering from them again. And fingers crossed- I do eventually receive my last order.. although I’m not holding my breath.

Absolute scam. Placed a $350 order a month ago and it was never shipped. Owner never replies to my emails. They claim same day expedited shipping… ya right. Save yourself the time and money and buy from bullysticks.ca

I love supporting small businesses especially in my own province and I hate to leave bad reviews... BUT I ordered bully sticks for my dog on May 27th. Received an order confirmation email and shipping email same day with an UPS tracking number.

Kept checking the UPS tracking number on the UPS website but there were no records.

I received a delivery confirmation email on May 31st but have not recieved the items. I kept checking the tracking number on the UPS website but still no record found.

Emailed BulkBullys (June 3) and used there online chat and still no response from them.

Good chewies. Great price.

The company goes out of their way to make you happy! Their products are very accurately described and I would not shop elsewhere for my dogs chews! The products are great the customer service is top notch!

We ordered the monster yak chews. We like that they are longer. Our giant breed dogs don't struggle as much to hold and eat them (especially our Saint Bernard). They love them.

Good quality chews. My dog is always so excited to get mail that contains treats!

I have to be a little careful with the Beef Traceas because he eats them too fast and he gets sick but otherwise he just loves everything. Thank you very much!!
