This place is amazing! I was recommended by a friend and placed an order for collection last week. My friend and I popped in and sat down for a little while and had some treats. They were so tasty!! The staff in there were super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to leave a positive review after the exceptional customer service I had! Was no fault of the business at all but I had never got my delivery due to other factors surrounding this. Build and Bake - a relatively recent discovery and one that I'm kicking myself took so long to find and order from as these bakes have been an absolute game changer! The macros? The taste? The variety of flavour options? All unreal - topped off with the loveliest owner and team with the most helpful and kind customer service, cannot recommend these enough!

I've been ordering from Build and Bake for a number of years (lost count) and year after year I keep coming back, they have some really amazing and innovative products from brownies to blondies and protein flapjacks. The customer service has never ever dropped below anything other than outstanding, such a cool down to earth hard working team. They now have a shop in Bromley which I'll be visiting soon but if you ever are after a treat this is your go to, trust me you won't regret it. The fact the macros are so good is secondary to the amazing flavours they dream up on a monthly basis with specials dropping weekly.

Received my first order yesterday and safe to say I am hooked. I was sceptical at first thinking no way could these taste so good for the calories but they really do! If you deciding if you should order or not take this as your sign to do so. Insane products already planning my next order for the restock on Sunday - such good products and customer service 10/10.

Well I am blown away. Saw these ‘proaties’ on a social media site whilst perusing in bed and decided to order a box. I’m so glad I did. They are unreal! I’m following a meal plan which concentrates on macros and these hit the nail on the head. They are so tasty, and I really wasn’t expecting them to be as good as they are 🤣 Annoying really as now I’m going to set up a subscription! But I can’t wait for my next box! Great job guys, try them you won’t be disappointed!

First off, their customer support is incredible. Due to sticking to a halal diet, I have to ensure that the products I buy are vegetarian. I messaged their Instagram account in regards to this and they were incredibly helpful with, taking their time to ensure that I got the exact info I needed in regards to some of their ingredients.

Then I actually had their product, their proties specifically and they were incredible. I love flapjacks and this had pretty much killed my cravings for normal ones.

Great people and and great products, can't go wrong and I'm sure their other items and tasty too.

All I can say is get some brownies!!! I have had two boxes in two weeks . Absolutely amazing customer service- I accidentally got my address incorrect on my order i messaged the company on Instagram and got a response late on a Sunday night! The brownies are DELICIOUS and so fudgy. I’d go as far as saying I prefer them to regular brownies. Although you would never know they are healthy! Highly highly recommend!

I am so impressed with this company! After spotting their delicious looking baked goods on instagram I made my first order.
The process was easy and they arrived in good condition very promptly. The customer service is outstanding and a message was replied to almost instantly and it was around 11pm at this point! Such dedicated and awesome service from a clearly passionate team!
