Very quick service, from the time the request was accepted, with a call from the office with an estimated time of arrival. Only waited an hour on a Sunday afternoon, which was a good response time. I expected to wait longer.. Rob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the car.

Had a vehicle recovered from a very awkward location. Excellent communication throughout and very efficient and professional to deal with in all aspects. Vehicle was recovered in under an hour and delivery was followed up with an email confirmation giving peace of mind. Would firmly recommend and would use again if needed.

This evening I suddenly noticed my car tyres were worn and I needed to change one out immediately.
Piotr from BUD rescue just happened to be in the petrol station on a break. Unasked he offered to help with the wheel change and also inflated the spare for me. He even searched for a local tyre fitters. All of this outside of his work and for no expected reward.
A credit to the company and a thoroughly nice man.
I will certainly be holding on to the company card and would recommend them to all.

Today I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded in my car in a live lane. Piotr attended to rescue me and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating in his service. His lorry was noticeably clean and tidy and he maintained a consistent exemplary level of customer service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and I found him to be very pleasant. Overall, he made, what was a rubbish experience, a bearable one. Thanks so much. A joy to encounter.

Brilliant service, delivering my car back on a Friday night when they could have said Monday. Really appreciated and delivered by Piotr, still smiling even after the M1 on a friday night.

Not once, or twice, but three times in the last 6 weeks Bud Rescue had saved me! Once moving an uninsured vehicle and the second two, from flat tyres. The AA wanted to leave me for over 10 hours with two young children. Bud Rescue got to me within 30 mins of receiving the job. Each time the drivers have been extremely polite and helpful as have the ladies that call to advise how long the driver will be. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Bud Rescue, trustworthy, polite and most importantly very quick!

I hardly ever leave online reviews but my experience with Bud Rescue and Recovery was exceptional from start to finish I just had to. Recovering a car from the roadside can be a stressful thing to do at the best of times however Bud recovery were reassuring through out. Everyone I dealt with was exceptional however Emma deserves special thanks - called when she said she'll call and did exactly what she said she'll do - even providing receipts for my employer and insurance. Next time I'll be calling Bud recovery direct before the RAC!

My vehicle was recovered by Merek in a small car park at ashridge estate where there was no reception for phone. I was met at the arranged location Bridgewater arms pub as where i could get reception to communicate, 2 miles from breakdown.

Merek was very professional and polite and went above and beyond to make sure he transported and vehice to location. The best part was in the tight lane were horses and he immediately slowed and switched off the tow truck engine so not to frighten the horses.

I would use this company again based on my experience and merek deserves alot of credit for this.

BUD Rescue give WORLD CLASS service . Without doubt the MOST helpful , professional team you could wish for to give support in a breakdown. I recently broke down in my car in most unpleasant circumstances and getting little support from my breakdown service. That is until BUD RESCUE became involved. They were FAULTLESS. The communication was outstandingly good , the personnel from pick up and delivery driver to the Admin staff were BRILLIANT! Was eternally grateful that BUD came to my rescue. Thanks all at BUD RESCUE !

I’d like to comment on the great experience I had with this company. Speedy and reliable service.
They came within 45 mins of getting the job from RAC, who never bothered to turn up.
The rescue driver, called Peter, was caring and reassuring as I was very distressed. He even offered me water as it was a hot day.
Definitely recommend this company highly due to their great customer service and fast recovery time.

Great experience with BUD today. Our van broke down on the M25 and BUD came to the rescue. The office team were courteous and professional despite my need of panic to try and get my van/team back home safely.

They were on site within 60 minutes which was a positive surprised compared to the awful wait times of the big companies. Big thank you to your team!!

Called in the morning, booked recovery between 11am and 1 PM, made the payment straight away. I’m getting informed if the driver has to wait me for half an hour I get charged 50£. Also, getting informed that he’s going to call me half an hour before arrival. 12:57, I’m calling their office and they say due to traffic condition the driver will be late and he will be with me in 27 minutes. Calling again the office at 13:51, now they tell me the driver is half an hour away as he had to take his taco break. Extremely dissapointed with their services.

Excellent service . Great updates the pick up driver gave me his direct mobile details so that gave me reassurance he was on his way, not to mention was continued contacts call from the call Center. Fantastic service better than the AA . I’m now going to cancel my policy’s with the AA groups. As they said they can’t get to me In Less than 3 hours time when I actually had broken down on the hard shoulder at a risk to others and my self. All good thou the Green Flag group got to with 1-2 hours. With constant updates.

Kelvin got to us as quickly as he could and there was no fuss on his arrival. He made sure we were all okay & ensured that we got away quickly in my husbands car as he was aware we had been there with our baby for some time. He took the time to ask if we needed anything from the car for our little one and sent us on our way home whilst he dealt with our broken down car! Very reassuring & kind in a stressful situation. He also managed to bring our car to our local garage which was absolutely a life saver. Thank you for your help!
