After arranging a date and time with Steve who was just excellent via email and over the phone Josh was my technician/fitter on the day ,he was absolutely marvellous,friendly polite professional and really helpful,he installed my windscreen in no time at all and done a fantastic job ,I’d recommend this company all day long and I just can’t emphasise how good they are not to mention the price ,I had some real silly Quotes for my vw polo but budget windscreens came out shining,hope I don’t get another busted screen but if I did no hesitation I’ll be on the phone to them

Failed commitment
On the appointment day, after update request, the company informed they did not procure the glass and cannot attend the appointment as agreed. Had to cancel due to previous commitments and asked for full refund.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The glass had been ordered from our supplier for delivery on Monday, ready for your appointment. Unfortunately, the supplier informed us that morning that it had mistakenly not been loaded for delivery.
As soon as we became aware, we contacted you to explain the delay and offered a reduced price to help make up for the inconvenience. We completely understood when you decided not to proceed due to your other commitments, and your request for a full refund was actioned immediately.
We sincerely apologize that the appointment could not go ahead as planned. Although the supplier’s delivery failure was beyond our direct control, we fully appreciate the disruption it caused.
