The communication was excellent throughout, and when there was a small snag, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Very happy with the end result.

From start to finish they answered our queries .we received a slightly unusual container that we specified in weeks . The delivery crew saved us hours of toil by delivering to exact point of erection.

Always great to find a company offering great service which these guys did with Kelsie handling everything in a friendly and efficient way from our initial enquiry thorough to a follow up after delivery to make sure all was okay.
The delivery of our 4 containers all went fine, all arrived on time and great communication between the transport guys and our warehouse Manager. The drivers were polite, helpful, and good at what they do when placing the containers just were we wanted them! 😊
If we need more containers we will be using Budget again as we got a great deal on good quality used containers backed by Kelsie and her super customer service.

Delivery day, chucking down with rain and howling bitter cold wind. The driver couldn’t get the truck with 2 containers on it in the entrance to the car park. He tried many times!
The chap in the truck with the single container on the back (with the lifter) was able to guide the other driver down the narrow road behind us, then lift the containers over onto our site and in place. They spent a good 2.5 hours completing this job. Both were great guys, helpful, polite and a good laugh. Need containers? Use these guys!

Everything was well organized.

We ordered the container as a stockroom for our expanding custom embroidery business. Liam was extremely helpful from start to finish, clearly laying out all the options we had for containers, upgrades , accessories etc.. We settled on a single-use 20ft container and prepared the site as advised in the various helpful guides on the website. When it came to delivery we arranged a short wheelbase HIAB as our farm driveway is quite tight, as is the actual site where we wanted the container. On the day the driver was extremely professional, even informing us of a small 10 minute delay on his way to us. The container was expertly dropped into its new home with no difficulty at all, the driver was clearly extremely experienced with the equipment, and had the container dropped into its new home in no time. A fantastic purchase from a professional company - highly recommended.

Handling of my recent container delivery was absolutely appalling
I was researching options to purchase a container, and chose budget containers because i received a call from Joe, who offered the container delivery in two days. Being desperate for container to be on site ASAP i went with Joe's offer and accepted his quote even though it was not the cheapest by far from 5 quotes i had.
As a customer, I was initially given a wide delivery window of 8:00–17:00. When I highlighted that the 9:00–12:00 window would conflict with another container already scheduled on the bay, I was told there was no flexibility, and I was presented with an extensive policy document outlining cancellation penalties that I had to accept.

Yet when the failure came from their side and container was never delivered on the day that Joe promised it will be, I was offered no meaningful alternative—only a reschedule at 9:00 AM the next day, right in the middle of our core operational hours. What’s even more frustrating is being told that I “declined delivery,” despite clearly offering compromise options at both 11:00 AM and later 10:00 AM. Those offers were ignored.
Quote from Joe's email: "The container is not currently booked in for delivery as you declined the option to have your container delivered first thing this morning,
As explained the haulier offered this slot as a good will gesture due to them not being able to deliver at the scheduled time"

This situation has seriously disrupted our operations and left us with no workable solution. Frankly, the lack of ownership and flexibility on your part has turned what should have been a smooth process into a major setback for our business this week.

After escalating the situation to supervisor Kelsie that was no help in any sense and washed her hands within a minute, i was hoping that her manager Dave would be wiling to help and act like any decent manager in any other company would. But he just confirmed that their company is only after the MARGIN. And customers mean nothing. No compromise just blame.
This is beyond disappointing. It’s disheartening to see such a complete disregard for the very people who keep your business going: your customers. Based on this experience, it’s clear the problem is not just individual behaviour - it’s a systemic issue that runs from the top down.

I will be sharing this experience on the relevant platforms to help others make informed choices.
