So far so good

It was easy to order, came in a timely manner, and was in good shape when it arrived.

I ordered duct board and filter rack, I’ve been waiting for 20 days and have not received answer yet of date of shipping, I called and a friendly girl informed me that they had a back order with the vendor.
I’m starting to feel this is going nowhere, the job I was supposed to get done this year, will have to be pushed for nobody knows when.

the trucking company held the unit for a week.siteing billing issues. when i got the unit it was in great shape and had no exterior defects. AS i have installed i have not been able to get the heat package to come on yet. There is a short some where. I will find it. Thanks charlie.

Great product and price. The people there was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and this product. My house feels like a icebox.I wish the shipping company would have been better at communicating. I got a tracking number but it only worked the day I got it. I had to call them to set up a drop off time. It was not damaged or anything. The only thing wrong is when they installed the breakers in the front, they removed to many of the openings.

I ordered a product online and a week or so later their Sales Dept. left a message on my answering machine wanting MORE MONEY for the product I already ordered and paid for. They claim their cost increased from their supplier. I waited another 10 days to see if my product arrives, which it has not. Budget Heating NEVER made any price changes on their website either...still the same price I bought it for! What kind of a scam is going on here???

Items arrived in good condition. The prices were unmatched. Especially appreciated the call from Fred in shipping before it left the warehouse.

Called and ask about a heat pump compressor and air handler for my house and a price was given a great price and hen I called and made an appointment to pick items up and pay everyone was very nice and got me my equipment very quickly haven’t installed yet so can’t rate the equipment yet I’m sure it will be great

If I could give a NO STAR review to this company I would. Do not buy from them. They change their damage policies as they go along. We lost all our money because we received a damaged unit. BHA would not help us, freight carrier would not help us either. The unit arrived with INTERNAL damage inside the unit that could not be seen when the package was inspected. The unit outer shrink wrap AND all packaging including cardboard was fully 100% clear of damage but the unit inside the carton was damaged all the way in to the coolant coils. They basically stole our money. RUN !!!!!! Reply sounds like willingness to help but 2 months of talking and claims have yielded only chuckling from Budget Heat and Air while we have a non working unit with dame all the way into the coils AND Budget refused to even send us parts to attempt repair unless we paid costs plus shipping. They lie when they say they want to help. They also lie in their replies to our reviews. There was no conversation about how to inspect the freight and when asked they said they record those calls but whoops they were unable to find our records --- because it never happened. We sent them photos of damage immediately - they deleted them. They want to hide behind our "bank" and treat them like they are an attorney or something. We refuse to communicate by any method other than writing because of their lies. Go ahead Budget... Keep updating you response with more lies. That's all you know how to do. You don't listen at all and lie no wonder you get yelled at. Update: From March to August - still unresolved. Merchant provided ZERO response to BBB claim even though they are a member of the BBB. They have multiple BBB claims on their record. Filing case with FL Attorney General.

Excellent experience with this business. They helped me find a unit and had it shipped within 5 business days when all the other places told me 2 to 3 months. I would definitely come back when in need of a similar unit. 3 ton Bard wall unit
