Delivery was very slow I had to chase

I am still waiting for the bracelet. I sent an e mail to Buddhasflowers asking them to expedite the order but have never received a reply.
I will not order anything again from that Company and would definitely not recommend them to anyone

Took over 2 weeks to be delivered.

Cheap setting led to an infected ear lobe. Was not as good as it looked in the images. Don't think the stones are genuine and you can probably get the same thing for less on Temu or Alibaba

Well I did not get the right thing I got a gold one with a black heart when I ordered a silver one with a blue heart.
Won't wear it because I don't wear gold not happy

Placed an order nearly a month ago amd hadn't shipped until I reached out and asked for a refund. Still have not received my package.

I was away on holiday and had an email to say that the bracelet had been delivered but when l arrived home it wasn't there! Disappointed. I contacted the company repeatedly and had no response, eventually having to raise a dispute via my bank to get a refund. Today, miraculously, nearly three months after my initial order was made l had a response to my review from Buddah's Flowers stating that they were surprised at my one star review as l had been given a refund! I didn't want a refund, l wanted the bracelet! Very disappointed by the appalling customer service and lack of response from the company. The company, in their response, invited me to email them WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE SEVERAL TIMES. NO RESPONSE!
They have accused me of being mean. How so? What have l done wrong? Nothing! All l wanted was to buy a lovely bracelet. I repeatedly contacted the company. The original order was placed on 8th August and the ONLY contact l have had with the company came nearly 3 months later as the result of my review. My main question....why didn't you send the bracelet in the first place? Why didn't you respond to my numerous emails?
And to claim the high ground regarding sending a refund....as l said l had to do this through my bank!
So l really feel that you calling me mean shows yet again that your customer service is awful. As well as emailing you I also reached out to you many times on your Facebook page. No response!

When my reef arrived it was better than the picture. Well made and fabulous colours.

I ordered items July 11th and wanted them to arrive by August 2nd for a wedding. I sent an email immediately, asking them if it could arrive by then. No answer. Sent another email later. No answer. Recieved multiple emails that my shipping order was updated, but doesn't say if it's sent yet. Don't even know if I will ever recieve them.

Edit Aug 6: all items arrived except one of the most expensive ones. The recieved items are satisfactory as far as I know, but since it isn't possible to contact them, I don't know if I will recieve the last item, which was supposed to be delivered together with most of them (one was seperately sent.)

Packaging had a Chinese label below mine,found the exact same bracelet on Temu for £20 less!!beautiful bracelet but could have gotten it there for £2.91
