Over the moon with the service

We have used Bucks Recycling for a number of years now and Richard always delivers excellent customer service, with high efficiency and prossionalism levels. Very reasonable priced too.

I needed to dispose of a large amount of cardboard on 13th April and came across Bucks Recycling Man in a Van Service online. The whole website journey was seamless, and I was able to secure a booking for the very next day, which was incredibly convenient. I requested a collection after 11am due to work commitments, and this was accommodated without any issues.
On the day of collection, I received a notification ahead of arrival to let me know the driver was on the way, which was a great touch. When he arrived, the service was extremely efficient — everything was cleared in around 10 minutes.
The price was very reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. A fantastic, hassle-free service that I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Our original enquiry was dealt with efficiently. The skip was delivered when we expected. We then required to have the skip for a couple of extra days which was not a problem. Then collected when agreed. We were kept informed by text for delivery and collection. All round great service.

It’s a bit rich to ask for a review on a job not actually completed! You’ve not yet collected the skip….

This was the first time we used Bucks Recycling and I was impressed with them from start to finish. We asked for 2 No 8 yard skips delivered on a certain day and they didn't let us down, which is obviously very important when working on short term jobs. They also collected the skips when asked with no fuss or drama. We will be using Bucks again.

Our builder was delyed for 3 weeks, Bucks helped by holding off delivery until we was ready, Louis in customer service is excellent.

Excellent service!! Skip was delivered exactly when requested and picked up within 4 hours of emailing for collection!! Drivers were professional yet friendly. Would definitely recommend Bucks Recycling to anyone who needs a skip or waste removal and I will certainly use them again!

prompt reliable attendance, the drivers are always happy to help with loading, reasonably priced and tipping tickets provided post tipping to show the waste has been tipped responsibly. we use them every couple of months to clear old waste from our warehouse and will continue to use them for the forseeable.
