I can't say enough good things about the service at Brushy Mountain. The online help chat function is awesome and they are very prompt at returning messages when it is offline. Their products are good. I did have a problem with an item arriving damaged, but they were awesome to work with on getting it replaced. Thanks for everything!

Bought a package in 2021. Bees arrived with distended abdomens and k wing. Turns out that the majority had bee paralysis virus (BPV) a total loss of season to me and a blow to my development as a beekeeper. I went thru a different company this year and it's a complete different outcome. I researched BPV. They got it from poor management in the custody chain before the final destination: ME

I'd placed several orders with Brushy Mountain in 2017-2018, and if you'd asked me prior to the last order how my experience was, I would've said "five stars!"

The issue was that a set of complete frames I'd ordered at the end of August, which ended up as backordered; I was charged, but the items were never delivered. I followed up a couple of times via email, with only one reply toward the end of September. Apparently the company folded toward the end of the year, so they must've been having trouble. Still, I would've thought they'd take care of existing orders, since it was already paid for.

Sad to see the Wilsonville Oregon Store close when they were open they were awesome and always available to help and support the local bee clubs and patrons.

Beekeeping is all about timing. When ordering beekeeping equipment timing is of the utmost importance.
My recent order from Brushy Mountain Bee Farm was delayed with no notice from the company. I am still awaiting a reply from them.
If an item is out of stock or delayed for some reason I would like to be notified so that I may purchase elsewhere.
Very poor customer support and shipping. Quite unsatisfactory.

Brushy Mountain has always helped me with fast delivery whenever I needed equipment, bottles or medications. They donat catalogs for Bee School and hold great classes at their farm.

Brushy Mountain Bee Farm carries a great supply of items for the beekeeper. They also go as far to offer suggestions and proper usage of their products in their catalog. If that doesn't explain it well enough they often supply help by phone. I have always had a pleasant experience with the products, the staff, the shipping and just all around great customer service.

The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is they have been out of products I needed at the time and slow order processing. Otherwise great company to work with and great products.

Great, well made, products. The only problem I've had has been that every time I order lately, something is on back order. At times I have been charged shipping for both the items that can be sent immediately and also the back-ordered items. I think this is the company's responsibility and I shouldn't be charged for shipping twice.

I've been using many items from Brushy Mountain in the past. They supply good equipment and was able to pickup my equipment from a store. My only issue is with the amount they charge for shipping and handling.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have watched my friends grow their business in very positive ways. Brushy Mountain has always been the most convenient and consistently accommodating to me and most importantly my bees!
