Wrong item received and no reply from customer service
First of all I’d like to say that I absolutely love the brand sisters and seekers and have only ever had good experiences. They are my favourite hoodies which is why I ordered a hoodie from brother and kin for my boyfriend as a gift for Christmas. I ordered a grey pullover hoodie but I received the wrong item (a black zip up hoodie). I’ve emailed the support email as well as replying back to my order confirmation email as it says to do at the bottom of the email and I still haven’t received a reply. I would really like to sort this ASAP as it’s a gift for Christmas but really frustrating not to get a reply. I sent the first email 2 days ago. I’m not sure what else to do.

Shocking, lie about their measurements, returns portal doesn’t work, they charge you for their returns, never using again bunch of scammers. Quality is awful.
I can see that they have now replied below, the email they have given for me to contact is the one I have sent numerous emails to, don’t use this seller!

Seem not sewn properly
Order went well and received adequate emails and updates.
However the seem on the side of the leg has a hole in it and my partner has only noticed when he came to wear them for the first time.
We are both very disappointed.
