Good honest experience, rare nowadays

My third positive purchase from Brook. Every time the communication and advice is second to none. My contract has always been Marc who makes the whole experience perfect. Nothing is too much trouble if you have lots of questions. Timing for workshop was exactly as advised. Can’t recommend this company enough.

This was great service from start to finish. We needed a set of race brake pads urgently to replace the stock ones in the new bike,so phoned,instead of ordering on line for speed. The call was returned almost immediately. Parts were in stock and despatched. This was lunchtime on a Thursday,the parcel arrived at 9am the next day.Thank you

Phoned Brook Suspension to ask ask if they could supply the new Andreani Evo2 cartridges for my Super Duke.
On Marcs advice.....I ended up buying them.
He said "delivery would be around two weeks".
Exactly two weeks later they arrived !
The cartridges were well wrapped and supplied to my specification.
