After two days my phone was delivered to the address via Royal Mail. I was paid via bank transfer. It was very seamless.

Posted the phones 2 weeks ago received email that they receive the phone but no payment received till today does not reply to there email and have no other way to contact them

When you placed the trade-in, you selected the Faulty - Powers On condition. However, upon inspection, our technicians found that your phone was stuck in Restore Mode due to a faulty motherboard. This condition doesn’t meet any of our trade-in criteria.
We sent you an email at the time with details and options, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response. As per our policy, when we don’t hear back within 14 days, we automatically return the device.

It was very easy to set everything in motion on the website. Sending my phone was a doddle with the prepaid label, box and post bag. Dropped it off at the post office on Thursday, next day the phone was received, OK’d and money transferred to my account! Brilliant, thank you for the service.
