Ordered a very expensive loungewear set from them. Sizing was off and I sent the items back to exchange for a larger size. The strangest thing is they refused the exchange and sent photos that supposedly showed some sort of stain on both items. The actual photos they included with the denial email show absolutely NOTHING on the garments. I politely responded to the email requesting they point an arrow to the issue. Online customer service was polite by email, but just lived in a state of denial about their returning these items to me for no reason. No stain was pointed out in the photos. I suspect the larger sizes were out of stock. I would never order from this small business again. Their actions seem a bit sad and desperate to retain revenue.

I ordered a pair of gray cashmere pants in size S from Brochuwalker for about $400. Instead of what I ordered, I received a pair of beige pants in a huge size.
Returning them was difficult because the page Brochuwalker reffered to would not open in the Edge browser. I was able to open the page using Chrome and noted that I wanted to return the merchandise because I did not receive the pants I ordered. However, a $10 return fee was deducted from the refund amount. So I have to pay for Brochuwalker's mistakes.
Never again!
