Purely unaccountable. Avoid.
Hired a Euro Mini and it didn’t come with a fan which was specified, but that didn’t matter anyway as it didn’t work without being plugged into 240V, and they forgot to supply a power cable. This also meant we also couldn’t use the AC, nor the power points or even charge the batteries. The mosquito net had a hole big enough to let an army of mozzies in. The grey water hose had a kink so savage no water would pass through. The table assembly was defective rendering it unusable, so we literally didn’t have a table (and flat space is at an absolute premium). It didn’t even come with a full tank of fuel upon pickup, but there’s a $5/litre surcharge if you do this to them on the return however.. Not to worry though, the induction was very thorough, which included having the keys thrown at me and told to watch a video on it instead. The manager was unnecessarily condescending and more concerned about profit margins than customer service or satisfaction. The only positive note is the young lad Declan was genuinely very sympathetic, helpful and needs a promotion as he’s an asset to the company. The rest need some attitude adjustment and training.
