I ordered a radiator fan for my vehicle. A few days later a broken second hand fan arrived that was completely different from the description on the website. I requested a refund, and some courier money to send back the wrong fan. I WhatsApp messaged the person I was dealing with AND the other WhatsApp number without any responses. I also received an email from *********** & *********** requesting a review of their service (laughing inside). I responded to that email with the "situation" only to be ignored once again. The cost was R717, hardly anything to moan about, but the mere fact that they refuse to even take my calls or respond to emails regarding this is a complete disgrace. ******* of the highest order! DO NOT TOUCH!!

Extremely disappointing service and still waiting for my refund

I placed an order for a part on 17 July and contacted various staff members to find out when it would be shipped.

On 26 July, I was notified that the supplier was out of stock and that a credit had been issued to my account. I requested to withdraw this credit and have my money refunded on 29 July. The withdrawal is still sitting on “Pending Admin Action.”

I have since followed up to ask when the refund will be processed and have received no response.

At this point, my money has been with this company for almost a month for a part they were never able to supply. I should not have to wait indefinitely or chase for a refund for an order they cannot fulfil.

If my refund is not processed promptly, I will be escalating this with my bank and Peach Payments and reporting the transaction as potentially fraudulent.

Completely unacceptable service and a very frustrating experience.

I ordered a part and it was wrong. Had a chat with them and they've since went silent. Avoid it at ll means. Not trustworthy .
