This company disappointingly did not…
This company disappointingly did not keep me informed of the order or delivery status. I've been waiting for about 3 weeks for delivery of items 'in stock' which were sent to Royal Mail, but have still not received. Not good at keeping customers informed or able t9 track any order

I ordered a Remembrance Pin from this company in October and it was sent to the wrong address. After notifying the company a new one was sent along with a tracking no. This didn’t work so notified the company again and said it was in transit. I’m still waiting, perhaps I might be lucky enough to receive it before Remembrance Day this year.
