I showed one I bought as we’re both in the Royal Navy and he was so impressed he asked me to order him one which I did,he was very happy when I gave it to him.

Beware, Beware, Beware….
I ordered a Kings and Queens of England wall chart, Order BP3962UK on 9th March 2025. Dispatch is said to be within 2 to 5 days, however I have not received this item.
I have emailed the company 4 times (once through a completely different email address, the email address provided through my PayPal receipt) and have received just one reply on 17th March to say that the item is out of stock but is about to come into their warehouse and will be dispatched using a priority service. I have asked when they expect this to be as the wall chart is a present for someone who is leaving the country. Again I have received no reply.
The product is still listed on their website as available!
I have now made a final request for the wall chart to be sent even though the intended recipient has now left the country. If I hear nothing within the next few days I feel I will have to raise the matter with PayPal.
I can see that British Pride have responded to my review above …
I have reached out 4 times already. I am still waiting for a reply as to when the item will be sent as I was told it was about to come into the warehouse on 17th March. If the item continues to be out of stock I am unable to understand why it is still being sold on your site and not listed as out of stock. I have paid for the goods and have been left high and dry.
It is interesting that there is a response to my review but not to my emails.
I have written the order number in my review and from this British Pride will be able to access my details, know if the item is in stock and get in touch with me. It seems futile for me to send yet another email when there is virtually no hope of a response.

I Where is my order?
I have YET to receive my order and it has been more than two months! I wanted to give it to my father-in-law for his birthday on March 11. I thought I had ordered it in plenty of time.

Ordered in December, still waiting in March - disgraceful!
I ordered some items in December 2024 and now in March 2025 I am still waiting for them to arrive! I have contacted the company several times and each time I was told that my order will be despatched immediately. Obviously they haven’t despatched the order and I am becoming convinced that I will never see my order and I’ve lost my money. I won’t be trying British Pride again!

Order can quickly and in great condition. It was a gift for my mom who was born and raised in England. She left after WWII to come to America to be reunited with my dad after their wedding in her home town. She recalls seeing the Queen when she visited my moms town

The book was not as expected
The book was not as expected, the title is misleading as the entire book is only quotes. the words may have been said by the late queen but the book was not written by her as stated.
For the price of the book it was a waste of money and went straight to the bin.
Very dissapointed.
