BEWARE! Multiple emails sent to chase an order I made a few weeks ago, including filling in their online form and still no response despite the claim they'll get back to you in 24 hours. They've taken payment but no dispatch or product received - going to have to go through the pain staking effort of a Charge Back claim from my credit card company. I should have read previous reviews and stayed clear. The item was purchased as a gift for Veteran moving on but unfortunately I fell for this scam website.

I ordered a badge in April. Despite numerous queries and complaints I have received nothing. The company give assurances and tracking numbers but nothing arrives. I am becoming convinced that basically this is a scam company. Buyer Beware.

I have written to British Pride (Medals…
I have written to British Pride (Medals etc) several times by email and on their own contact form. They say that they usually reply within 24 hours but as yet I have not heard from them.
My first and second query referred to a non delivery of an order although I did receive a dispatch notification on the 3rd of June 2025 it's now the 13th of June.
I have completely lost my trust in them and their communication system.

I placed an order from this company on 30th March 25 and, unfortunately, have yet to receive the item. Despite multiple follow-up emails asking for an update or resolution, I have not received any response.
