I ordered 6 of the brooches (Order No BP56720). 2 weeks ago hoping to get them for Xmas. Sent message asking for update but no response whatsoever. Not one of my best experiences online. Received my order 07 Jan so pleased with the quality of the product.
I am sorry the email communication was not their best but perhaps that might be something they can work on for the future.
