I recently bought the self healing iPhone screen protector and I can honestly say it is the best one I’ve ever had for my phone. Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. And I'm still short of a charger. The other one I got only after I complained I haven't received since it took ages. It arrived defective. No proper communication or update on the shipment,no real timing (they claim it's Royal Mail 48H which means it will be delivered within 3 days and yet put a ridiculous "2-10 working days" timeline despite the fact they claim they're sending the goods from the UK,not China. I got my first charger after like 3 weeks and never got the second one. Unprofessional, careless, negligent,dodgy, fraudulent are words this company can be described as. And to add insult to injury, they sent me a £1.99 voucher with the caption of a happy emoji with a dollar sign and the words "lucky you". Very insulting indeed. Oh, and I'm still waiting for that other charger which evidently I'll never get Won't be buying from them ever again, nor will I recommend them to other people. Pathetic and atrocious.
Update:
They are trying to get in touch and "address" the issue only after I posted a review here. Also,they're threatening me with "criminal charges". Those idiotic morons clearly don't know the law. Well,they don't know anything about anything to begin with. First,they claimed my order was "cancelled". I never cancelled anything. They did. Never gave a refund even after I ran out of patience with them after a month and asked for it. Haven't received that phone charger to this date and it's been 6 weeks and they never bothered to track it and/or send me another one. But...they "strive to offer excellent/the best customer service" there is...I'm done with those idiotic clowns. Avoid that joke of a company. It's for your own good.

Scammers
Received a faulty cable, raised this with them on eBay 2 weeks after purchase and then sent a further 12 messages over the span of 2 months. I could not open a case on eBay as it was over the 30 day time limit, and they would not offer a replacement or refund - I told them this 12 times, however each message went over their heads and they kept repeating to open a case rather than actually solving the issue. Dreadful.
