It has been a week and nothing. I tried emailing their customer support, only to be told that delivery failed because the address does not exist. AVOID!

Tried to order. Order cancelled twice by strange email that lists all the reasons they cancel an order but not specifically saying which reason they used to cancel it. Money returned automatically but goods still advertised for sale days later. Questionable if this is a legitimate website.

Update. Thank you for such a prompt early morning response. I was trying to order carbzone jam which I've now ordered from another supplier.

Took money for items they do not have. Phoned them to get refund. Awaiting refund

Not recommended. No delivery or tracking three weeks after ordering. Do not trust British Chemist. Emails bounce back. Scammers.

Purchased several items with a 5/6 paid for delivery , on 5th day still not received any notification of it being dispatched. Contacted the company to be told they didn't have it in stock would I like a refund? Of course!

10 minutes later, I received a call from Medicare stating they did have the products in stock and they'd send it by Royal Mail , tracked and I'd receive it on Friday!

Friday, still no confirmation, yet another phone call to Medicare, i was given a tracking number but Royal Mail not received it as yet, this was the case on the Monday morning the following week, needless to say yet another call to this company, they couldn't give me any answers as to why, therefore I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, let's see how long that takes! I can't fault the customer services I received but to not be told the products aren't in stock until I contacted them, which then set the ball rolling despite my still not receiving the goods, not acceptable. Avoid !

Nothing recieved or processed from an order ages ago and no response from direct email or chat with complaints or customer services. AVOID - very frustrating as they were quick to take my money. Very angry

i’ve ordered from British Chemist a few times in the past and never had any trouble with them, i’ve always found them reliable. however, i won’t be shopping with them again.
their customer service seems to be non-existent. i’ve tried contacting them through the website and even email directly to chase up an order made over a week ago which hasn’t even been sent yet. i wouldn’t recommend them at all now whereas i would’ve previous to being ripped off.

Nothing received or despatched. No answer to phone call or emails. Had to do chargeback for a refund.

Order email was setup so when you tried to reply it went to an obviously invalid email address.

Won't be using again.

NO, DON'T USE this company. Very disorganised & had to chase order, took ages & not what was ordered.

They are brilliant I ordered promethazine hydrochloride 25mg for insomia and it came on time and was super quick with super saver delivery
5star all the way. Ordered on Friday and they arrived following Thursday nicely packaged and good quality brand

I placed an order 9 days ago now - its still "processing". "Chat to us" it says on the website, so I tried, I was number 1 "in the queue" ... for 3 hours, I gave up - a waste of time. Its a good job it wasnt anything I was in a hurry for, feels like I'll be lucky to see anything this side of christmas. AVOID these clowns.

terrible company. please if you are reading this DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. Customer service who responded to my email 7 days after i had sent photo ID like they asked was a shambles. They will take your money then wait for days to get back to you to say it’s been cancelled and refunded which i am still waiting for.

Great service, easy to navigate and find what you want. Product arrived the next day. Happy customer would highly recommend.
