Our startup was destroyed under this company’s leadership.
We originally partnered with Cosmetics Lab on a product development project that was meant to take 12 weeks. After a merger, Britannia life sciences took over the project, with Peter Shippen as CEO. At that point, we had already endured delays, miscommunication, and poor-quality deliverables.
We reached out to Peter directly — multiple times — hoping the new management would step up and fix the damage. We were completely ignored. No refund, no resolution, no response.
In total, we:
• Paid in full
• Waited over 40 weeks with no usable product
• Lost our investor and our momentum
• Watched our startup collapse before even launching
The lack of accountability, the silence from leadership, and the total disregard for the harm caused to a new company like ours is unacceptable. We’ve been trying for over a year to get our money back or even a proper conversation. Nothing.
