Brinklove 

I wrote a previous review of this company. This is a complete scam.I am trying to get my money refunded but they have disputed the claim. They show evidence of the merchandise being delivered . This however was the Thank you card they sent. This is a clever scam but I will persevere.

If I could give them -0 I would total scam received a thank you card and nothing else how dare they! Thank you for your money! Never received my Jo Malone felling like everyone else who has been scammed! DON’T USE THIS Company you will lose your money!! Hope they sleep at night!!

Paid for Jo Malone 3 items never delivered, USPS tracking number found and nothing to track. This is a SCAM and they need to be blacklisted online.

Ordered candle and scent on 20 July and have sent 2 emails chasing my order and received an email saying the mailbox was full!!!! So I’ve paid over £30 to receive nothing and I can’t even reach them-AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I have ordered and paid for items from brinklove, 16th July, only to receive a thank you card, never recieved purchase.

same scam like everyone else , they can be reported to: The National Cyber Security Centre

A very dishonest company they even made up false reviews which I hadn’t written. Would never purchase from brinklove again

my wife ordered goods on 21/07/25 only thing received was thank you card through post No goods Have sent messages to website nothing heard definitely a scam unfortunately my wife ordered before asking me learnt a lesson from that

Total scam…I payed 216 eura for Jo Malone perfumes, I got nothing but a card

This rating should be minus 10 starts. Bunch of scumbags as not received my order. Thank goodness it was only £27 i spent, but it is as good as stealing

Lower than one star no stars !! This is just like everyone is stating a SCAM you are lured in with the pictures of the products in my case Jo Molone and I ordered over £100 worth of items only to receive a thank you card and then nothing 🤬🤬I’ve reported them to my Bank who are looking into it for me but it’s impossible to use any link to contact the company direct .. I also reported to facebook/ haven’t seen them on there since .. it’s taught me a very expensive lesson not to order through the links attached to facebook !! So annoyed and disappointed!!! 😞

Scam i spent £75 & recieved nothing. Suddenly they have gone!! So angry. Upset. Frustrated

This is a spam. Do not order anything from this Company. I did not receive any of thd goods. They make it look legit, give you tracking which disappeared after a few days. These Chinese criminals are after your money and don't deliver. Facebook took down all their advertising but they can pop up under a different guise. Beware.

This company is a SCAM. You will not receive what you ordered. You might receive some rubbish from China, probably a Thank You card. And there will be no come back. Be warned!

Total scam…I received an empty package with a best wishes card…won’t be making that mistake again

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE Warned about this site! The are SCAMMERS. I thank god it was just 1 bottle of perfume. The lie about where they are based giving a UK address when they are really based in BAADE, CHINA. They use Royal Mail as a cover but only send you a greeting card in an envelope from China. I hope to got someone reads these reviews before they are taken in by these FRAUDSTERS! I have tried to report this company calling them selves BRINKLOVE. When you try to email them after you have received your greeting card the email is debunked and your told messages are returned cos they dont recognise this address. I really hope they get caught or at the very least their site taken down. Heed the saying if its to good to be true it 100% is! 😔

Scammers reported them to my card provider and instagram don’t use them

This is a fake site that lures customers pretending to sell luxury goods at sales price. I have been chasing the goods several times writing to their customer service and then received a thank you note but no delivery.
They should be reported to all platforms for removal and sanctions. Do not buy there.
