Got the marking spray but it didn't work on aluminum with my 10 watt diode laser. The mark wiped off. I tried different speeds and power and even scuffing the surface.

Give me surprise results with my 10w diode. But some of the coating may be blew out by the spray air during spraying procedure. Take time to learn.

There has been a significant delay in getting the product to me. But customer support has been fantastic, I’m very impressed by the responsiveness and genuine care for my situation.

I haven’t had a chance to try the product, but the customer service is second to none.

I ordered your product to check if it might be an alternative to the current supplier (who had a 5 day lead time). Your website listed 48 hour shipping. Immediately upon placing the order (2-5 minutes later), I recieved an email that "there is a problem with your order" and I should contact UPS (shipping company). I sent an email (or maybe it was the website chat) stating order number and that the order should be canceled if it is already problematic, as I was not willing to immediately have to invest time in it. No response.
Days later I recieved a notice form UPS that "something had gone wrong", but nothing to clarify delivery date. The 48 hour timeframe passed. I tried repeatedly to contact the shipper, and was unable. Specifically: number given on the email saying to contact them had changed, and the new number lead to repeated disconnections. (netto time wasted was over an hour).
I recontacted your company via your webchat. Recieved instructions to wait until I was contacted by someone in shipping via email. This never happened.
I now placed new order with the other company.
I then contacted your company again, I believe it was day 7, as I could not track the package beyond Portugal with an "There is a delay" error.(I live in Austria and never had a package ship through Portugal before).
Again apologies and an appeal to not refuse the package upon arrival. I agreed. On day 8 or 9 (I can't remember) I got a notice that the package had been delivered, no signing. Same day a very nice and apologetic letter from your company stating there will be a partial refund. Refund processed ($80?).
Week later a bill from UPS for VAT+Customs+fees.
In summary. The order was more expensive (almost double) even after refund than the EU competator and the only upside would have been the fast shipping that didn't happen. Something went wrong, which happens, and I understand that, but it makes it impossible to place repeat orders with confidence of execution.
Now after sales: I am getting repeated emails asking for a review. Of the 4 emails, this is the first that has lead to a review. All other emails have taken me to your website upon clicking on a "star level" in the email. Also a huge time waster that eats up a lot of good will.
Sadly your product will now sit on a shelf, and never be used, as it isn't enough to "try" for the fun of it, because there is no intention now to switch distributors due to the shipping problems. 48 hour shipping shouldn't be 8 days without status. Inquiries about this were answered very politely, but with the exception of the refund exchange, left me wondering if I was speaking to an AI.

Had a problem with the Brilliance ink bonding to raw aluminum. Had a great call with one of the service reps and was able to improve the adhesion dramatically. He had a great understanding of the process was able to help me through.

Great company with excellent customer service. Received the product quickly and just as advertised.

Settled with the speed of a lightning - ordered on monday afternoon (US), picked up on wednesday (central europe). But with the small orders the price of shipping almost reaches that of the goods.

Realiable, fast delivery, professional customer service, exellent products.

Unable to make a perminate mark. I am sure it is operator error and I will continue trying.

I needed to re-stock my supply of laser etching paint and discovered that the "C" brands price had gone up again. I did a bit of research and discovered this product. It's much less expensive and works great. Very happy I discovered Brilliance.

The courier delayed my international order and though it was ordered via Amazon (they were not helpful at all) Brilliance team replied to us instantly and patiently worked with us and replied promptly to get the product delivered. So great for service.

I haven't don't very extensive trial yet. But was happ to see it helped a nice dark marking on 10w diode laser. Without Brilliance it was only 50% as dark.

Waiting to try on other metals.

Changed the product to one that could ship to my APO and still meet my needs. Constant updates on shipping and replacement. The best service I’ve had in some time. Thank you Brilliance. The product works great. Still tweaking it's use though. BTW I use a 40W Diode and it burns great at speed of 9000mm/m and 60% power on thick aluminum business cards. Thank you again.

Customer service was great and got us our product in a quick manner. There was a sale so I even got a can of laser Ink free of charge.

We love the deep dark coloring we get with Brilliance. It sprays on easily and the residual cleans off easily as well - leaving only the printed image. We have found that we cannot rub off the printed image with normal cleaning or even hard scrubbing. We love that.
