DO NOT USE this company for ANYthing! I've ordered two different items from them, and not only have they not arrived (>3 months), Brilliaire doesn't respond to queries, doesn't provide tracking information, and it looks like I'm just out the $.
Doesn't matter how inexpensive something is, if it never arrives. It's still basically just a donation to Brilliaire.
DO NOT USE. You'll be sorry if you do.

The hair extension took a very long time to arrive - about 8 weeks but this could be due to covid. I got the item now and the hair extension is excellent and i have ordered two more.

I ordered in March 2020 and I just received my order. I ordered the Bling Pen. I got the rhinestones, but did not get the pen. How do I put the rhinestones on, without the pen. Such nonsense. No number to call. I sent an email to the support team, but no response!

If there were a ZERO rating that’s what they would get. It has been 0ver 2 months and my package hasn’t arrived. They go as far as giving you a tracking number but the package has never left it’s origin. They don’t reply to emails. I plan to discredit and expose them to as many websites as possible.

This is got to be scam site becuase u can even track your order and I spent over 62.00 dollars on this website and I will never order from them again I made my order may 2020 and I have not heard them I have email and them haven't got back to me I am getting mad about it I am going to see how I can get my money back

My package said it was send out on June 4th. I have yet to receive an email back from this company. I fully believe this company is a fraudulent company. That does not care about their customers. I will dispute all charges with them and hopefully I am able to get my money.

Can I give them a zero rating I ordered mover than a month almost 2 months ago and nothing and they don't even respond to emails

RIP OFF. WHY does Facebook allow fake companies like this advertise??? Placed order 3 months ago never received. When I emailed they did return response of how sorry they were and assured me it was on the way. I keep sending emails and they have quit answering.

Ordered a diamanté decorating glue pen plus diamanté gems for my daughters birthday. The package took ages to arrive & when it did no pen just crappy pin head sized gems. Paid £24 quid for crap!

Emailed customer service many times & just ignored.

Returns policy: no returns or refunds.

So I haven’t received what I paid for and the company just ignores me!

Any advice who to go to for complaints??

This company is terrible. Ordered April 28.2020. Haven't received my package yet. Send about 6 texts and more emails. They are not responded. And no phone number to call.

Wish I could give a rating of no stars. I ordered from this company via a Facebook ad received a tracking number after a week. Did not receive any item after a month, emailed them and got an email back saying there was a delay due to Coronavirus restrictions and as soon as restrictions lifted I would receive my goods. Waited until April and emailed them again asking why I hadn’t received anything surprise I didn’t get a reply . Emailed again in May still no response from them. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering total scam don’t order from them.

IF YOU BOUGHT THRU PAYPAL RESQUEST A REFUND. PAYPAL WILL ASK YOU TO POSSIBLY REACH OUT ONCE MORE THRU THEIR WEBSITE THEN YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND. THEN IF THEY DON'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM COMPANY.
THEY COULD POTENTIALLY REFUND YOUR MONEY. I DID THIS AND NOW THE PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY SHIPPED IN JULY. WHY NOT APRIL? I MAY NEVER KNOW. JUST BE CAREFUL WHO YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM!!!
