Sorry company!!! Ordered one of their Embroidery tools on 4-30-, still haven't recieved it!!!!I have contacted them several times with no answers...placing a claim with pay pal which is who I paid through!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THEM!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Nothing happens by chance , You create your own fate by your actions , That's Karma. Hope it was worth it . May make you rich but you will never find true happiness . If this is what you have to do to make a living by being dishonest & deceiving people then you are a bunch of losers anyway, I feel sorry for your families & anybody associated to you.

I ordered something on June 12th its July 31st and I havent received my item yet and the tracking number doesn't even pull up when u search it. Do not order anything from this site and if you see this review spread the word

i ordered some nail repair stuff on 12th June not realising it was coming from China. I received a tracking number but it spent a month wandering round China, then nearly a month stuck in Vilnius, Lithuania (why?), finally arrived yesterday. No instructions everything written in Chinese, no response to several e mails to customer support!!! They use China Post which is very slow.

Don’t place an order with this company. They will quickly take the money out of your account, but you will never receive the product. It’s been two months for me and nothing. They send tracking numbers quickly too. One of the tracking numbers wasn’t even a valid number!

I wish I would have come to Trustpilot first. I ordered some Polygel nails on March 3rd (2020). I wrote them a million times, at one point requesting a refund. Finally, on July 25th, the Polygel shows up... almost 5 months later!!! NO useable instructions, and everything on the containers is written in Chinese. I also did not get what I ordered... sample versions and only one regular sized version. All the same color, instead of the three different colors I purchased.
Will NEVER purchase from these people again.

I ordered the diamond painting tool with gems on April 1st, 2020. I received the jewels but not the tool. I sent an email and was told that the response was so big that I would be receiving the tool at a later date and to watch for shipping. I have sent numerous emails regarding this and only had the one answered. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible dealings with them! Horrible customer service! Emailed customer service again 8/10/20, and they are still not going to correct it but they got their money for jewels and tool!

This place is a SCAM and I hope someone shuts them down from all the sites. I ordered May 3th and still haven't received them. I've written their customer service department several times and had no response.

If there was an option for "0" I would definitely use that.

Absolutely horrible company. I ordered two magnetic phone chargers in APRIL... STILL NOTHING. I have been emailing them asking for a refund... no response. SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered product April 17 and just received it today July 23. No instructions how to use the product and fear the product is just a scam. It has a very weird odor won't be using it. Don't order from this company their Customer service sucks and their return policy is "they don't accept returns"

The one star rating is a big fat 0, not a star. This company is a F over. Just take your money and do not deliver. Fing Crooks!!!!!!!!

I placed an order March 21st. I reached out after their 15-20 days processing because the package showed it being in California for several days with no movement. After an email, they assured me that they would reship it and guarantee that I get it. Here we are 4 months later and still no merchandise and no refund of my money. This is the worst company EVER to do business with.

Rubbish Company. Like most other reviewers have said " Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering".
I ordered 2 eyeshadows beginning of June still not recieved them & despite bombarding the company with emails as to their whereabouts I have not had 1 reply.

I just read all these bad reviews and now I'm adding to them too. I ordered cracked nail repair polish, 2 bottles in fact. It has been probably a month since I ordered and it never came. I have 2 tracking numbers but they don't give any info on where the package is. At this point, im going to report it to the bank as fraud and get my money back because I know I won't be getting a refund from this scam of a business.
If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would.

Absolutely Horrible Company! Do not get scammed by them. Brilliaire has changed names so many times according to other customers. I ordered something from them May 7th and have not received ANYTHING but a fake Tracking number and after NUMEROUS attempts to find out where my order is I get either no response or some Ridiculous answer of "Just give us more time please be patient" I have given it over 2 months! I only lost $29 but it's the point they steel your money and Ship you NOTHING!!

I ordered 3 items on the 8th June 2020 and I'm still awaiting for the delivery! Nobody has been in touch when I have chased the orders.

The payment was taken from my account on the 8th June.

I wouldn't buy from Brilliaire ever again! Star rating zero!
