AVOID THIS COMPANY. Truly terrible refund process. Having bought a pillow under the 30 day returns offer it wasn't right for me. I returned in original packaging including tracking and this was acknowledged as received on 9th January. I have emailed 3 times asking why no refund and each time have been asked to be patient as company policy is refunds are completed between 14-21 days later. WHY?! It's now 31st January and no refund. Honestly baffled why it takes these companies so long to return your money. Avoid this company at all costs and go for one that has positive returns on Trust Pilot. I won't be making this mistake again

Pillow has made a big difference to my sleep posture and sleep quality.

I originally bought the hybrid pillow, which I didn't get on with at all. After arranging an exchange (which was a straightforward experience), I now have a wonderful pillow, and enjoyed 3 good nights sleep in a row, with no neck ache.

I have been using Brightr for my pillows now for years and I LOVE them! It took me a lot of time to find the right pillow and the Eclipse is the one for me.

It was my first time ordering from Brightr, they definitely deserve my 5 star review.
Right from when l ordered l was kept upto date, when the mattress topper arrived, as advised it was unrolled for 24hrs before l used it. I was pleasantly surprised as I can definitely feel a improvement in my back when l get up.

I'd been looking for a new pillow for years and had bought and tried many, with so much money spent on so many wasted purchases. Too soft, too low, too small, bad backs, sore necks were all past experiences with pillows and so I stuck with an old one which was well past its best. The minute I saw the Brightr one online, I thought it looked a good height and the reviews seemed good, so I thought I would try yet again. Received it in good time and, once it had time to settle out of the packaging, first impressions were it looked great. First night I tried it, it seemed very firm and high and next morning I woke with a sore neck. But I remembered that some of the reviews had said you might need to adjust the levels, which is a great idea. WOW!! Took one layer out and since doing that, I have had the best week of sleep in years. Still a great height now, its firm but your head sinks into it and I don't wake up punching the pillow anymore. Thank you Brightr for a wonderful pillow. I now look forward to going to bed!!

Fabulous mattress topper

Easy to understand the product choice on the website. Simple to order, with good communication regarding status of order. Delivery on time.

A few weeks ago after a disastrous experience with a customer service person, I wrote a scathing review and gave them 1 star. However the response from the company was to apologise, to advise a different product and arrange a return of the original purchase, once I had paid the difference in price. The new topper has made such a difference and I am now sleeping through the night for the first time in years.

Good product. Speedy delivery. Nice to have several options for the pillow depth. Would recommend.

Great product fast delivery

Delivery was fine, the firm topper wasn't suitable for me personally and I found in the end I did need to just buy a new mattress.

Biggest issue has been the refund process. The item was sent back and tracking says they received it on the 11th of December 2025 and I still (22nd of Jan 2026) have not received the refund - that's well past the 14-21 days they list on their website. It's not only frustrating not to have the refund back but having to chase it as well, all in all not acceptable.

Update: I have now asked twice in email for a transaction reference having been told that the refund was sent to my bank, still nothing received and never had this issue with my bank (Natwest) so I suspect this remains a Brightr issue - especially as they are not responding to the request for the transaction details.

This is my 4th purchase. I love the products. This time I got body pillows they are huge and so squishy. A solution love them and the BOGOF

Mattress topper seems ideal for my needs.
Good website with information and videos of the item.

Mattress topper is as described and better than expected.
My only reason for a 4 star and not 5 star is because the delivery for the item was written as “ next day delivery’”. So my expectation was at least a couple of days but it was a week before it arrived. I was worried I may have bought from an unreliable source though eventually I was able to track the order.

Attentive service and great unique product

I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for a while, and after some trial and error, I figured out my mattress was part of the problem. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it entirely, so I looked into toppers instead.

I went with the Titan Deluxe 2-in-1 Extra Firm Mattress Topper from Brightr® Sleep. I’d bought a pillow from them before and was happy with it, so I trusted them again. I also like that they offer refurbished items — it’s a nice option if you’re trying to be more eco-conscious. Unfortunately, this topper wasn’t available refurbished, but it’s good to know it’s something they do offer.

The dimensions match between my mattress and the topper, however the topper sits slightly wider — so it doesn’t tuck in perfectly under the sheets. It’s not a big deal, but if you like things to lie snug and tidy, you might notice it.

The biggest change? After the first night using the firmer side, my back pain eased up noticeably.

If you’re in the same boat — back pain, suspect your mattress, but not ready to replace it — this topper might be worth trying.

I tried two of Brightr Sleep’s pillows — the Nox and the Stella — and unfortunately found both quite uncomfortable. It felt like all the pressure was concentrated in the centre section, which was overly firm and gave the sensation of resting my head on a chopping block.

The returns process was also frustrating. It seemed clearly designed to delay refunds and hold onto your money for as long as possible. Although I did eventually receive my money back, this only happened after multiple prompts and well past their stated timeline. Their policy claims refunds take 2–3 weeks after the return is received, but in both cases, no action was taken until around day 22, with several more days before the refund was actually processed and cleared through the banking system. Ultimately taking at least 4 weeks to get my refund.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company again.
