Easy to order online, prompt delivery, good quality topper and so far very comfortable

The pillows arrived on time as promised, they have plumped up as instructed. They are very easy to remove one section to adjust the height, which makes them very comfortable for a good night’s sleep

Great product I am so pleased . My bed is so comfortable now. My only concern is that if I needed to return the topper for any reason I would really struggle to package it and get it inside the box I received it in. I know it reads on your site to roll it up as small as possible but it would be impossible to fit it in the box after all that?
Also it would be better for your company to have a customer service telephone number for queries rather than just a message system. Other than those issues no complaints

Great mattress topper. Easy to order and arrive quickly.

Bought refurbished topper to try out at cheaper price. It has dipped after 12 days on top of brand new flat mattress! Bought to make softer. They give no reasonable response to why this has happened and closed case! Unbelievable. Please don't chance it. I have a better memory than the foam.

The delivery was very smooth and fast. The bed topper we chose is excellent. It definitely helped with our back aches! our mattress was too soft for us, so rather than buying a new mattress, we chose to buy a Brightr topper! win win.

I am very pleased with my purchase, it’s very comfortable and is helping with my painful hips. I just have a couple of comments, it really needs to be aired as the smell of a new product does linger somewhat and, because of its thickness a very deep fitted sheet is needed. I know you suggest purchasing this from yourselves, but I don’t want a waterproof (ie plastic sheet) to sleep on.

My pillows were delivered very quickly, very well packaged too. Very good experience!

These pillows are awful as with the customer service. My daughter brought me two (two were on a deal) as a birthday gift she clearly got sucked in by the reviews. These are just terrible, real rubbish quality. They look all fluffy but as soon as you put your head on one it goes as flat as a pancake. I’ve even added all the extra stuffing provided and that isn’t much that is provide if honest. That’s why there is always an offer on two pillows as one is just useless. We decided we were going to send them back which you have to jump through hoops to get through to enable this. There is an option of having a 30% refund and keeping the pillows which we thought might be the better option of trying to make one good pillow out of the two. We choose that option and waiting for a response customer service took ages to respond in which they then sent a returns label. Why on earth are you offering the 30% refund option then not honouring it? We have had to contact customer service again to state this is not the option we choose. We don’t want the hassle of trying to return two pillows! So we will wait another week now until they get back to us that’s even if they do. This saga just keeps dragging on and on. Live chat is also useless that just constantly tells you to email customer service again. Ruined birthday gift.

In response to your reply today from my review yesterday, my order number was #BR202042483. I detailed this within the returned package along with my address, date of order and date of return. I also emailed you with proof of return receipts. I am baffled how this has not been received and processed when sent to the correct address provided in return instructions?

The item was quickly delivered by a courier to my neighbour. The only issue was the packaging which was pierced open at two spots on the parcel but did not affect the original box of the product.

Hi I bought the king size topper first and it has been a game changer for my bad hip and knee , no more pain killers at bed time and sleep so much better so I also just got a single topper and I’m so happy with them and delivered super quick thank you so much . Great product
