DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Complete scam. When item arrived it was such thin cheep material, nothing like photo. I emailed customer services to send it back. I used recorded delivery to the address they gave me, so I would get a full refund, but today my parcel came back to me, saying no such address. Obviously no refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM _ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are not UK based and the items are terrible. None of the emails work.

I have already written about my experience.
I was deceived into purchasing clothing that were such terible quality that I returned the goods to China. I used tracked DHL so was able to discover that the factory in China refused to accept them and ordered the clothing to be destroyed. Their company representative " Luca " would not refund as the goods were not delivered and denied that his receiving contact had ordered the parcel to be destroyed. DHL tracked down the emails and sent them to me. So I have written confirmation of this. Meanwhile I applied to my credit card company for a charge back. This they have now given to me and they left messages on my answer phone, so when I received a call from the CC company I spoke to them. The man knew my full name and address ( given when you order online products ) he asked me for the code sent by text and as I was on my mobile I didn't read the message saying Not to share the code even with the CC company. I became suspicious and immediately phoned back the CC company. The man had already got into my app and changed the codes and ordered a card. I am flagging this up as I read on another website that these Scam clothing companies also sell on /use your credit card details. I have no proof that this was Brighton Boutique but this is the first time I have a card phishing call. Be careful.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. First had to wait nearly 2 mths for order to arrive. Looked nothing like the pictures. Supposed to be a matching set absolutely not for starters the items were different materials so were different shades black. Quality is absolutely rubbish. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

I bought a dress in good faith - advertised as cotton/linen - it was 100% viscose when it arrived. Tried to return - u have to send it back to china even though they have an address in london. Asked to send loads of different photos with original packaging. Contact only via email and only offering 30%refund or credit note. Do not spend your money with this company

The quality of the products is very low.
The same products sell on Temu, Shein and similar websites for 3 times less, and with easy to retun options.

Retuns: are not automated. Almost impossible. Communication through the emails.

They require to email the photos of your purchase for them to approve. Then they email you an adress in China to post the parcel which cost £10-£30 of your own non refundable expense (states on their website).
The refund will be issued only if product will be returned in original packaging, and after examination. (Who knows, if you already tried it on, and is still considered unworn condition).

Order cancelation: Inexistent. I cancelled within the seconds, by sending them email (no other option).
They came back to me next day and said it is impossible, because it was already dispatched.

Don't use them!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a £59 jumper that looked great on the website and a very cheap garment worth maybe £10 arrived that looked nothing like what i ordered. I now have to send it back to China at my own cost to try and get a refund :-(

The products this company sell are of terrible quality and are nothing like they are advertised. I can not get a refund and returning the item costs £29 .

If I could rate it lower I would. They are a complete scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their products are very plasticy and significantly smaller than advertised. Its not even worth it to try and return it to get a refund, it costs £30 to ship it back to them, and they won't issue a refund, so its cheaper to just throw them in the trash!

Honestly this website is a total scam. I ordered a pair of jean trousers and received flimsy polyester trousers that don't even look like the photo on the website.
When I wanted to send it back it was quoted at 30 pounds whereas the price of the trousers was 39 pounds. I found the jeans on Pinterest as that is their technique to get people.

Please DO NOT buy anything from this site. I would have given zero stars if possible. The 100% polyester product I received was nothing like the knitted wool image of the product and was absolute mis-representation. When I contacted them they wanted me to send more money to ship out something else or pay to return to China. It is an absolute SCAM and they are still advertising on Pinterest and other sites. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I would have read previous reviews before wasting nearly £50 for a men’s cardigan which is the poorest quality I have ever seen.

The product as other reviews also state comes on the very slow boat from
China and if you want to get a refund they expect you to fork out the postage which they quote is anywhere between £10 a £30

Please DO NOT use this company and be also vigilant that they are also masquerading behind other companies too on many social media sites.

Please don’t buy anything from this company , I ordered boots did not get the style I paid for after contacting them was told I could keep the boots and choose something of the same valve . When you looked on their website it’s all cheap stuff from China . I asked for a refund only to be told I had to pay to post the boots back to China only then would I get a refund not including the postage the item was originally posted from london in the first place . Why would you need to send them back to china wouldnt it just be more cost effective to put back into stock .absolute con . DONT BUY FROM THEM .

I didn want to put any stars,thus company as said by many needs taken down. Its all been said before. Its impossible to return items,I also wish I'd read the reviews. I paid by credit card so going to see if they can do anything. Its a pire scam. DONT BUY FROM IT

Not UK based as expected. Garment came from China. I bought a “cashmere” jumper for £49.99. When it eventually arrived, the jumper had no labels on it whatsoever. I thought this was very odd. Messaged the contact email and was advised by Luca that I can return at my own expense (to their warehouse in Asia) or keep the jumper and choose something else at a small cost. This is not in line with my statutory rights or the consumer rights act. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!

As someone who never leaves
a review , on this occasion I couldn’t not warn others , due to similar experiences to other reviewers. After receiving my order the item did not fit , and on further review the measurements were nowhere close to what was being advertised. When I pointed this out to the company following their exchange / refund policy , I was informed that I was entitled to an exchange but would incur a further £16.24 handling and delivery costs. When I objected on the grounds that this was their discrepancy and at present had missold me the item, therefore, they should waiver any such costs, but they refused , so instead requested a refund which I’m still awaiting - but probabley will never receive

I think that it has all been said before. I consider this company a scam. My wife bought me 2 men's jackets for Christmas. They were Chinese made and very poor quality. Not even cheap but look so good in the photos. Quality so poor in fact, that I gave them away. Not wearable; just absolute rubbish. This website/company should either be investigated or shut down. Do not buy from them.

Please be VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS COMPANY: I bought online the item “Eigona™ - Casual Revers Cardigan Jacket” – They will possibly delete or amend the add after this review? -.
When received, the item was AWEFUL: I´m 1,73m tall with S size, and it´s SO LONG that covers my ankles. The material also FEELS LIKE CHEAP PLASTIC (incredibly abusive for the price of the item) and it DOES NOT look or fits like the photo at all: on the add it looks like cotton material, stylish and kind of tight but also casual and relaxed, and with a length above the knee on the model. IN REALITY, I repeat (will add photos if platform allows it), it´s HUGE (like a LONG gown till the feet), wide and of plastic texture. Also, the item never did not have even a label of a new item attached.
I asked for a full refund immediately, so frustrated, and they asked me to send them photos of the label – THAT WAS NEVER ATTACHED!!!! -. After convincing them of this, and wasting a huge amount of time, they say refunds could ONLY be made if I returned the item. Then I try to return it but find out that the company it not in Brighton UK but IN CHINA and costs of return would make me lose money – as they refused to cover the costs themselves-. I fought for this, and they eventually say they could offer a partial refund (version changed! - completely incoherent with their previous statement where this was not possible at all?!! Showing, in my opinion, a clear “we´ll try first and see, even if it´s abusive, and see if customers go away with it”).
I then refused and kept fighting for my rights and against the abuse. Although I repeated and explained the UNETHICAL AND UNFAIR situation as they OPENLY LYE in the add description (the issue is not that I just don´t like the item or change my mind, but that it´s completely DIFFERENT), the company NEVER RECONGISED THEIR FAULT, and kept offering a maximum 50% refund, continuing signposting me to their “policy” which does NOT show at all the hypothetic “maximum 50% refund” term without posting the item back that they claimed – Again, this just proves they make up their own terms and change them depending on the customer “pressure” trying to not lose money, even if it´s clearly their fault; but at the same time they offer the minimum they can as they deep down KNOW it´s their fault. Will NEVER BUY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND it.

This is NOT a Brighton-based company. It is based in China, and both the images and sizing information are misleading and do not reflect the products supplied. The goods were returned in accordance with the stated refund policy. Despite numerous email exchanges with customer service (Luca), no refund has been issued. I have therefore lost the cost of the goods as well as the return postage. Not a single penny has been refunded. I strongly advise DO NOT USE this company, as it operates in a deceptive manner.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are dishonnest and disingenuous. I bought two Christmas presents from them. They were delivered LATE, after Xmas & did not correspond to items shown. I sent these back to China at my own cost (£30) & NOW they are at customs in China and refusing to reimburse me after having agreed it before. I have never seen anything like this.
