Really pleased to have found Bright Lightz! Fantastic products, competitive pricing and speedy delivery! Bought some rope lights to brighten up the outside of my house and was so pleased with them I have been back to buy some more! Definitely recommend!

I have been using Brightlightz for all my LED lighting needs for over 6 years, most recently in October 2020, and have had a wall-2-wall great experience every time. The products are very good indeed, delivery timescales are always short, and on the one occasion when 1 bulb in a pack of 10 was faulty, a replacement was sent double quick, no questions. Highly recommended online seller.

Had the worst purchase experience ever. Delivery was quiet long, order arrived incomplete. Responded only to my first email. One of the Brightlightz guy Shaun promissed to sort it out and let him know if something goes wrong. But missing item never turned up, no respond to emails no phone answers. Now money spent but no item. Have nothing just leave bad review and warn other customers...

I purchased a set of decking lights from Bright Lightz 2 years ago and the lights have just started to flash which was caused by a faulty power supply. I contacted Bright Lightz about a replacement power supply who kindly offered to send out a replacement free of charge! A great service and highly recommended.

I searched my local town for a particular bulb without success then I found Bright Lightz online and emailed them. They were fantastic (Shaun) he located the exact bulbs that I wanted and he made sure they had it in stock and he replied very quickly to my emails. I am so grateful for all their assistance

What can I say about bright lightz 🤔 the led strips I have had off these guys are the best on the market. I use them in gardens, bedrooms, kitchens also me caravan. Cannot fault them, the colours are brilliant so 🔆. Just ordered some more blue can't wait to fit them 😍👌👍

Never answer the phone whatever time you ring or reply to e emails,ordered 15mm blue leds description said each light with 5 metre wire plus female dc conector at end exactly what I wanted for my plinth didn't want the daisy chain type,but sent me that type from.strictlyleds.co.uk which is in fact next door unit 14,but bright lightzis unit 15!!,then noticed after e mail sent I noticed the website read up changed to daisy chain type,!,coincidence?,best shop with better online company.avoid.!

Tried many times to contact them about some querIes I had with the product, emaiL facility not working and no-one answering the phone. I understand COVID has impacted this but would have expected someone to answer the phone once in a while at least .
I didn’t even get an email receipt for the purchase, delivery info, nothing.

Lamp unit is supposed to be fitted with 15 leds each - mine only have 3. The quality feels ok but it’s not outstanding .
