Very shady company. They don't answer the phones or respond to emails but are quite happy to send you incomplete and wrong orders! Extremely poor quality items just to top this off.

Great little downlighters for alcoves in the bathroom. Give good light and quality looks good.

The service I received from Bright Lights was good. I never had any problems with the delivery of the product and was delivered as per instruction.The only set back was I was not informed about the original order placed was discontinued.I had to make a call to see whether my order has been processed or not, that is when I found out that they no longer have the product.So then I had to change my original order.

Last year I purchased cheap Christmas lights from China and they lasted 10 days before they all 'blew' , this year I brought them from Bright Lightz and the quality was excellent, so good in fact that I purchased more for next year and some strip lights for the garden, which were also excellent quality and a good price. The delivery was super fast, arriving the next day!

I would highly recommend this company.

As I've already put a review, I'll do another one, order received but didn't work, they never answer the phone only email, they asked me If i wanted another one, I said yes, never received, no reply to emails or phone calls, do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere, I did")

We were delighted with the product overall, We would have benefited from am extension lead to be made available so that power and control could be run from the floor.

Contacted Bright Lightz to use the discount voucher we got in a previous order for our next purchase as it did not work online. We were told someone would call back. No one did despite repeat phone calls. Ignore the offer of discount on future orders - it's a lie and a rip off.

The strips of 5050 cool white leds have performed well - the light is evenly distributed and the colour consistent. So far the units have proven to be reliable over 3500 hours.

Ordered led strip light, item arrived but didn't work, a few phone calls not replied too so sent email, apologised and offered replacement which I never received , I said yes but asked if they tested the items, have had no response to emails or phone calls since then, they never answer the phone, always go to answer phone, never again

WRONG CONNECTORS SENT OUT FOR LED BAR , OVER MONTH ON STILL NO ONE BOTHERS TO SORT IT OUT ,EVEN AFTER A NUMBER OF EMAILS, ONE REPLY TO SAY THEY WILL SORT IT BUT NOW NO ONE REPLYS TO EMAILS TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM.VERY POOR SERVICE ,IF I DID THAT TO MY CUSTOMERS I SOON WOULD NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS .

Found the reading light (Toby) advertised in The Oldie magazine. Took the chance, ordered it and couldn’t be more satisfied. Excellent service, reasonable price and extremely prompt delivery. Use it every day, especially now in the dark evenings, and highly recommend this product and supplier.
