Outstanding customer service this morning from Cindy at Brigade. I won’t lie, initially I was cross with how difficult it felt to make contact with the company regarding an order I had placed urgently this morning to get my son a new jumper. My first email was perhaps a little strong.

Cindy’s prompt and lovely response went above and beyond anything I expected. If there was an award for the best customer service response of the year, I’d vote Cindy. She was warm, efficient, polite and most of all absolutely resolved my issue - and then some.

After a difficult start to a Monday, this mornings experience with Brigade has brightened my day and taken a little bit of stress away worrying about whether my son will have a jumper to wear for the next few weeks.

My sons school uniform unfortunately got lost during the delivery process it has been so stressful however a lovely lady called Cindy was quick to dispatch a new order and have it delivered to us the next day, even when there was an issue with the sizing she was there to support us and do everything she could. Thank you Cindy!

Kelly from customer service was fantastic. Unfortunately the jumpers arrived and were a different fit to the ones we had ordered last year. Kelly replied to my email within 24hrs and arranged a label to send them back and to let her know as soon as I had. The same day I replied to her the new ones were sent out and I received them a day later. Kelly stayed in touch with me during the whole process. Fantastic customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Kelly!

Cindy, from customer service was so helpful and quick coming back. I made an order in a panic as I thought I lost an item of clothing which I then found. This was quickly cancelled and confirmed a refund would be received. Prior to this the school clothing ordered come in perfect condition and again service was excellent.

Elle was so helpful with the delivery of our Brigade order. I had entered the wrong postcode on the delivery address when I placed the order. Elle was so kind and got in touch with me about the delivery issue and went out of her way to sort it for us - contacting the courier company to re-direct the parcel to the correct address. The parcel arrived that very same evening! Thank you so much Elle for all your help we really appreciated it. You were so patient and understanding, definitely 5+ stars from us!

I ordered my daughter’s school uniform in early July, and it was dispatched on 23 July and marked as delivered on 25 July. However, we hadn’t received anything — and only later discovered that the delivery company had placed the parcel in our wheelie bin, without any notification to me.

At the time, I was on leave and out of the country, so it wasn’t until I followed up with the company that I saw the delivery note indicating the bin drop-off. Understandably, this caused a great deal of confusion and frustration.

Thankfully, I managed to get hold of Kelly, who was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to investigate the issue and, understanding the urgency with the school term approaching, arranged for the uniform to be resent and delivered by Friday 29 August — just in time for my daughter’s first day back on Monday.

Despite the initial mishap, Kelly’s professionalism and swift action turned the experience around. Her support was a real relief during a stressful time, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help.

This website in ordering uniform is rubbish. Sizing is completely wrong! We spent so much money to send uniform back and you have to wait so long for delivery. You can never talk to any e and complain about the service!!!
I prefer the old fashion way and go to a school shop

Great company. Uniform is such good quality and lasts so long I can had it down. It doesn’t fade either. They respond quickly and Elle was really nice and helpful.

I have had a slight issue with delivery being over the expected time, however I contacted the team at brigade and a lady named elle could not be more helpful! I am over the moon that she has been able to sort this for me, she has put my mind at ease. Even personally called me to see if there was a way to resolve this small issue. Which she was able to sort for me.
