Great experience using The Brick Tile Company. Delivery was within timescale, there was a slight issue as they had included primer instead of a bag of tile adhesive but they quickly delivered the adhesive when I made them aware. All products were good and easy to use, the installation videos made the installation easy too. I would order from them again.

Excellent communications and prompt service. Regular updates once the tiles had been dispatched …….overall a very efficient process.

Easy to organise. I had a query over quantity and their customer service responded promptly with the accurate information. I also had to rearrange delivery times and, as long as you do it within their terms, it’s easy to arrange. This is the second time I’ve used them so they must be good.

Everything is excellent. Service, sampling, delivery, quality. Can't fault them.
The only thing I would say is delivery can be expensive because of the weight / pallet delivery, so make sure this is factored in when you cost it.
Their range is excellent and both jobs that I have done with their tiles have been very well received.

Seamless ordering process. Order taken on phone and followed swiftly by invoice with payment link.
Was able to order but delay delivery until a later date of my choice.
