About 20 corner tiles were broken in the boxes. called to let them know and was met with a seriously dull unhelpful person on the phone. Wanted photos of the damaged ones (already in the skip) Now have to pay £45 delivery for £25 worth of corners. Extremely poor service. Shame as the bricks are nice but wont use this company for the next room

Thanks for your feedback and I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to discover damaged corner tiles.
Just to give some clarity our customer service team asked for photos because it’s the only way we can submit a claim with the courier.
They require photographic evidence, and without it we’re unable to recover the cost of the damaged goods. As a third-party courier, they charge us for each shipment, so we try to make sure customers aren’t left out of pocket — but we do need those images to process a replacement at no cost.
Sorry you felt the call didn’t come across as helpful though we know that our staff will try their best to always help out customers where possible.
We’re glad you liked the bricks themselves and if you ever decide to give us another try in the future, we’ll make sure the service side matches the quality of the product.

The bricks are unique and authentic and…
The bricks are unique and authentic and have added character to what was a plain wall the brick slips we chose were rustic in nature and have seemed to make the wall bigger. The slips are easy to lay and don’t require much in the way of diy skills
The staff at Brick Slios have been very helpful when ordering and estimating quantities

TERRIBLE SALES EXPERIENCE
Placed an order and paid the invoice and after 5 working days and two calls to chase an update I am still waiting for even confirmation that the order has been received.
It shouldn't really take 5 days to pack and ship an order and we haven't even got that far! Still waiting on an update from the accounts team to confirm the order - ridiculous!

Your provisional order was emailed on Monday 3rd November (PM), with payment confirmed on Tuesday 4th November (PM).
The order was dispatched on Wednesday 5th November and, according to the courier POD, delivered on Thursday 6th November (PM).
You were advised in advance that dispatch would take a few days due to the high volume of current orders, despite your request for next-day delivery. You later confirmed receipt of the goods.
We always aim to provide accurate updates and efficient service, even during our busiest periods, and regret that this has been misrepresented here.

Over the moon
I ordered the capital mixture brick slips and done one back wall and and took the look over my bifold doors. I walk into this area of my house every morning and take a sharp intake of breath every time. I’m over the moon with the look. Customer services were fantastic when I required an extra bag of mortar. Superb once again
Superb once again. 3rd time I’ve used this company now and never any issues. The slips look amazing and are so easy to do. Little hint, no more nails to secure to the wall. Infinitely easier than grout and arguably more secure. Except potentially when I’m a heated environment i.e fireplace surround. Will be back again I’m sure 👍

Great product just expensive delivery
The product is great and it came quickly, just a shame that we had to pay £50 delivery as it was a small job. This has put us off ordering again in the future as we planned for other small jobs around the house with brick slips but just can’t justify the delivery. Not a problem for trade orders but makes it hard for DIY’ers. We’ve ordered much larger products during our house renovation that have had free delivery.

I went with the olde watermill brick slips. They were a fantastic look for my kitchen with the subtle contrasting tones within the brick.
