Product didn’t work for me
Shipping was fine, products arrived in tact and I was really excited to try it out. It didn’t work for me at all. I had high hopes. I thought I’d found a product that together with my rigorous oral hygiene routine would help significantly minimise my halitosis. It did not. On that basis, I wouldn’t recommend.

Ik hou niet zo van de smaak.
Na een order van twee verschillende Breath parfums (goed aangekomen) ontving ik automatisch een tweede bestelling (zelfde smaak als de eerste bestelling) die zomaar van mijn rekening werd gehaald. Eerste keer een bestelling van 50€ geplaatst voor twee sprays en de automatische bestelling was dan nog eens 50€ voor maar 1 spray. Dit is oplichting!
Na een boze mail is de automatische levering wel stopgezet door hun servicedienst maar ben ik wel 100€ kwijt aan producten die ik uiteindelijk niet gebruik. Niet blij mee!

Wow - shocked this scam still exists
Wow! I registered to Trustpilot just to let you know this is top tier scam BS company - better for you to stay away!
This is the bottom line but I’ll gladly elaborate.
First of all their site states ‘easy returns’ there’s no joke sadder than this - after cancelling subscription I was practically BEGGING to return an unopened untouched package and they politely but clearly refused to take it back and refund. Jessica writes novels in her emails but practically doing nothing to help.
Second of all, the bottles coming wrapped in bubble wrap looks straight out of Temu crooked stickers no ingredient list no barcode anything that can point to what’s in that bottle and that it’s safe, unfortunately I’m not brave enough to spray it in my mouth.
So please learn from my mistakes, stay away.

On the return: you're right that "easy returns" on our site should mean exactly that, and being refused a refund on an unopened package after cancelling is not something we can defend. Please email support@breevelle.com and I will process that refund personally, no further back and forth.
On the labeling: missing ingredient information on a product meant for oral use is a serious concern and not something we're dismissing. Our full ingredient list is: Fractionated Coconut Oil, Stevia, Probiotic Blend (BLIS K12, BLIS M18 — 3.5 billion CFU), Essential Oil Blend (Peppermint, Spearmint, Clove, Tea Tree, Cardamom, Oregano, Fennel), Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Vitamin K2, and Natural Flavor. We're looking into the packaging labeling issue you flagged immediately.

Absolutely everything is wrong with this company Breevelle. They advertise easy returns. But then they have stated elsewhere in their return site no returns of product. They also do not live up to their claim of compliments of scent. The taste is not good as claimed. They state 24/7 support, but their phone is a number that is false. You cannot reach them from their phone number. I have sent emails to their support email with no reply and continued shipments even when I asked for immediate cancellation of any subscription. They still charge me and send product. I want this to stop it’s criminal. I wanted to try this and return if I didn’t like and I had the worse time trying to reach them. I ordered a ton of flavors to find one I’d like I liked none of them. But they charge me 89.70 a month! Outrageous!!! If I had liked one of the flavors I would have limited and changed the order to only include that, but I can’t even reach them to stop the subscription at all!!!!
I just received a message from them finally. We will see what that do for me since it’s been three months. Three shipments! I’ll be back to tell everyone the final results.

My experience with Breevelle has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I began trying to cancel my subscription in March and was under the impression based on email confirmations that my subscription had already been canceled. Despite that, I continued receiving shipments for several more months. Each time I reached out, I was reassured that my subscription had been canceled, yet more products still arrived.
The most frustrating part is that although I repeatedly attempted to stop these shipments, the company refused to issue refunds or accept returns for the last three unopened orders. Their explanation was that the orders had already entered processing, even though I had been requesting cancellation for months. As a customer, I don’t understand how orders can continue to process long after a cancellation request has been made.
After months of back-and-forth emails, there has been no meaningful resolution no refund, no return option, and no compensation. Instead, I was simply told to keep products I never wanted to receive.
Because of this experience, I have very little confidence in their subscription management process. I even had to request written confirmation that my account was fully removed from their system because I no longer trust that future shipments won’t occur.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important for potential customers to be aware of my experience. If you sign up for a subscription, I strongly recommend keeping detailed records of every cancellation request and confirmation email.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling like my concerns as a customer were never truly addressed.
