Hi !

I Can see that you returned your order in the 9th of April, in which date we also created the exchange orders that you requested, which also was already delivered. The refund for the last garment was made on the same payment method, which this case is the gift card. So you can use the gift card again.

The whole return request was processed and closed as you request. So we don't understand the problem now. Can you please contact us at orders@bravafabrics.com? In this way you can give us more information about what is happening and we can help you to solve this problem.

We apologize for the delay on the return, it seems that some refunds were marked as "pending" but the refund never went through.
